निवेदन है कि मैने PACL इंडिया लिमिटेड कंपनी में दिनाक 28/12/2009 को रू 10420/- 5 साल का बीमा करवाया था, जो दिनाक 28/12/2015 को पूरा हो गया, मैने कंपनी में भुगतान हेतु आवेदन भी कर रखा है उन्होंने 6 महीने बाद विभाग के ऑफिस में पता करने को पर अब तो उनका ऑफिस भी बंद हो गया
