Pacl India — getting error while submitting pacl certificate in online

Address: 28/A, KAJIEAR STREET, BEEMANAGAR, TRICHY, 620001

My policy no:u[protected]. I am trying to claim my in online. But i am getting error like "total no. O[censored]ploaded receipts should not be greater than total claim amount".
Pls give me a solution. I am trying for the past 5 days. Getting same error only. So i am not able to submit in online. Here i have attached the error screen shot for your perusal.

I am submitting my PACL form, but during fill the form Bank name is not shown in screen. plz reply me as soon as possible

I have a problem with receipts i have first, second and fourth receipt of PACL but by mistake i lost my third receipt. So please do needfully for my request and solve a problem. This is sure that if i have fourth receipt than i paid for third but what should i upload on your web.

I have did all the document types correctly but it still showing all the type of documents are mandatory.
