I, vijaya invested in pacl limited (Pearls) renewal subscription. Plot regn. No. Is u[protected]. Payment plan no. & term is 028/5 y6 m.
This investment term starts on[protected] and expiry date is[protected]. Policy term was 5 years and 6 months. As per policy terms and conditions of this investment, i must receive rs.15, 000 on its expiry. Periodicity of installment is quarterly. Amount paid for each installment is rs.700. Except 2 installments, i paid all other installments.
I request you to refund the money that i had invested on your policy. Please look at this problem and solve as early as possible.

When i am trying to fill my registration no for registration in sebipaclrefund.co.in than it gives a message that the registration number does not exist as per our record. So please provide me my correct registration no at my email [protected]@yahoo.com. My certificate receipt no is f1514704. Awaiting your earliest reply on the same as the last date for claiming refund is 30/04/2019

I'm writing this on behalf of my mother (Selinamma mathew-u[protected] who was an agent as well as an investor of pacl. We have seen the public notice through sebi website that sebi is accepting the refund/claim applications from the investors of pacl ltd. When we tried to register for the refund through the portal http://sebipaclrefund.co.in/, it is showing an error that is -"this pacl number does not exists as per our records". We are unable to register our-self in the mentioned portal. We are so much disappointed by this. As i said earlier she (My mother) was also an agent, she was in need to help her customers too. When we tried registering for them as well, for the 90% of the customers the registration was successful but for rest of them we are unable to register, since we are facing the same problem ("this pacl number does not exists as per our records".)
We have the pacl registration certificate (Pacl bond) and some of the bills received for the installments paid with us. Below is the list of affected parties

Bank name option jsnt activated and we can't enter or click on it.

Hence cant move forward. Bank is sbi.

The ifsc code doesnt have a drop down box as mentionedin
The tutorial and the code is more than
8 digits.

Please help urgently.
Please treat this as highly urgent as we cant proceed without clicking the bank name. I do see others with the same issue and hence it needs immediate attention

During the second step of application, while entering the ifsc code the, bank name is not generated automatically. And not allow me to type bank name. How can i get the bank name. I'm not able to continue further. I tried more than 5 times...

. Please help me to resolve the issue too

My bank is catholic syrian bank. Please look in to the matter.

Also my account number is 18 digit and i can't enter my complete account number. Please help me to resolve the issue too.

While filling the bank account details in ifsc code i wont get bank name automatically so i cant fill the further details please fix this error so that i cant proceed further, also it asks for 8 digit ifsc code but the ifsc code must be 12 digit so fix this error as soon as possible.

Iam pulachiyar. My registration number is u[protected] and si. No is 8096652 dated 16/05/2011. Please say my status of the policy and what is my due amount? I paid the amount through agency. But now they are not in a position to collect the amount. I have purchase PACL policy no. U[protected] in the year 2009. i wanted to take the refund against my PACL policy. My saving account is in state bank of india and the ifsc code is sbin0006635. While claiming for refund thru' online system is asking for 8 digit IFSC code in step 2 . The IFSC code is code is sbin0006635. in step 2 this IFSC is not taking by the system and asking for 8 character of IFSC code. sir, pls. advise how to fill the step 2 for refund of PACL policy.
