My name is umeshwari kumari and my pacl registration no is - u[protected] and i, m from kuru, lohardaga, jharkhand - 835213 my registration is not beeing in the login of paclrefund login created by sebi. So i want to register in sebi, s login to get refun money of pacl invested by me. May people of jharkhand where invested in pacl india limited company which is sealed by the sebi last three 5 years. Many of the invester (Agent) where died in the presure of clients whose money where invested by agent. So i request sebi to give back money by any other form becaues this is not working.     Sebi has announced for the investors of pacl india to refund their amount invested as discussed by pacl during the time of investment and now after so long waiting for the returns, site on which the investor needs to register is either not working or under process i have tried throughout the day either the server is down or the website is under process when it gets logged in the documents don't get load properly you can keep that as manual form if couldn't manage the website properly.

            The company agent come to me and said it is a pacl india real estate company and the maturity amount is approx double. I purchased a policy. After seven year the amount will be more than double. I was assured that the return is sure. But at the maturity time when i approached the agent he was also unable to return my maturity amount when i asked him about the company office so that i may approach to the company, he didn't acknowledge me about he company office. I am afraid that i have been cheated.                   This is regarding pacl refund claim process.

                  I have 4 receipts.

                  When i am uploading first receipt i am getting the error message

                  "total amount o[censored]ploaded receipts should not be greater than total claim amount."

                  This is totally useless and waste of time. Why sebi is doing like this. It looks like playing a game with people's money. I really hate this. These are people's money.

                                This is regarding pacl refund claim process.

                                I have 26 receipts.

                                When i am uploading first receipt i am getting the error message

                                ""total amount o[censored]ploaded receipts should not be greater than total claim amount."

                                This is strange, 25 receipts and 13500 claim amount.
                                I am getting the mentioned error while entering first receipt.

                                Please do something, it seems that the sebi is delaying the time by giving some fake error messages like "8 digit ifsc code".

                                It already took (Wasted) more than a week. Now, it is started with uploading receipts wherein lesser amount than claim amount.

                                Please avoid doing like this. This is people's money.

I can not understand about the useless website. Please solve this issue ASAP. This is really waste of time. No idea what strategy behind this of SEBI. I have attached screen shot.

                                      As i am claiming my refund amount for the pacl india limited, after entering the pacl registration, i am finding a message like "this pacl number does not exist as per our records", as per google reviews they have provided that your website will resolve the problems, even i hope so please resolve my problem

                                      PACL was registered first, next i forgot the password which i gave. when i giving forgot password option it shows invalid mobile number. is their any options to correct it.

                                      PACL WAS REGISTERED FIRST, NEXT I FORGOT THE PASSWORD WHICH I GAVE. WHEN GIVING FORGOT PASSWORD OPTION IT SHOWS THE MOBILE NUMBER IS INCORRECT.IS THEIR ANY OPTION TO CORRECT IT.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I was invester of pacl ltd. For refund we have to upload receipts and bond certificate. But out of 38 receipt, 1 receipt is missing.

                                        So at the time o[censored]pload on https://www.sebipaclrefund.co.in how many documents should be enter 37 or 38.

                                        Also, each receipt is of 480/- so should i enter 480*38 or 480*37 in claim amount.

                                        Let me know.

                                        When i enter the IFSC code( i tripled checked IFSC code is correct) of the bank and try to enter the bank details, it does not accpect the bank name, i cannot proceed further if the bank name is not filled, i am not sure if there is any creteria where certian banks are accepected, mine is corporation bank
