Pacl India — How to get back my money | |||||
I was invested sum of Rs40000 in pacl and the policy time also matured ..Pls tell me the procedure how to recover that amount ...e-mail id: [protected]@gmail.com my registration no: U[protected] my policy was beginning at june 2009 with monthly installment of rs. 1000/- . i had completed 40 months. and at that time i know that the company closed. after that not paid the balance amount. after that, i went to the kozhikode office, they told me that come back only completion of the policy period.after that they bring back the bond paper and instead of that they gave me a stamp paper and the receipt(attached to this complaint). for this instance, my family members are not in good term with me. so please help me to get back my money. submission of grace petition to the honourable R M Lodha committee, Sithara sharjith, registration no: U[protected] have savings profile under PACL ltd's savings scheme. currently there is a delay in the refund of savings money. in order to lift up the economic needs of my family. I have joined this savings scheme offered by pacl ltd. now my family is facing a strong economic trouble.
So I strongly request you to settle my entire savings amount, as mentioned in the pacl ltd's registration letter without any delay, thereby recover me and my family from the economic struggle faced by ua. it is your duty to solve this problem as sonn as possible.
