Pacl India — I'm complaining about the "payment not received"

Hi my name is chintakayala naga lakshmi from srinivass nagar, visakhapatnam dist. I have invested some money in pacl. I have a bond (Registration no: u[protected] with me and invested nearly two lakhs. Visakhapatnam office is closed since few months. We have no other source of contact. Even the main office phone is not available. As it is given in the news that they will refund, kindly help me to get my money back.
