Pacl India Limited — REQUEST FOR REFUNDING OF MONEY FROM PACL

with PACL INDIA LTD, AT KOTA OFFICE ( Rajasthan), I have already paid 65000/- in
65 instalments (1000/- per month) for the plan of 66 months since
24/07/2009. It is brought to my notice by my agent (to who I deposits the
money on monthly basis) that some issues going on within PACL company and matter
has taken to the court so the last installment of Rs.1000/- is not
collected by him. I am in need of my money/benefits as assured on
maturity on 24/01/2015 as I belong to middle class family. The receipts
for the earlier 4-6 months as for the money deposited with Kota office
by me reflects the same date (i.e.[protected] as given to me by the
agent.
