Pacl India — my policy registration no is not accepted by website

My grandma created policy on all grand daughters name on 14/03/2008 with single payment and she has passed away now. I am one of grand daughter puja khot and during policy creation i was of 14year old. We do have receipt of payment and the registration number mention over it is not accepted by website saying that it do not existing. When i am trying to fill my registration it gives a message that "The registration number does not exist as per our record". So please provide me the solution for the registration of refund claim. What is this message.

In the time of PACL registration( for refund the money) they send a message your registration number is not exist in PACL records. Please help me to my money back.
