Sir,
I had invested rs.1, 00, 000/- in policy no - cb b 6557300 on dtd.[protected], under payment plan number and term c5-046, 6yr-0 m (Copy enclosed), which is matured on[protected] with maturity amount of rs.2, 02, 700/- (Approx). About 1 month has passed but i am still waiting the maturity amount. Released in favour of me.
Registration number of the bond is [protected] dtd.[protected]. It is requested to release my matured due amount in my account, details of account number with indian bank is[protected], ifsc code-idib000t133, branch code - 1703 contact no-[protected].
