Pacl India — not able to submit refund request

I have reciepts, but my pacl certificate was taken by the agent and he gave me back pacl acknowledgement reciept and now when i am uploading all document but not pacl certificate it is not getting submitted and i am struggline to get my refund. If i get my pacl certificate or if i can submit refund without certificate and with acknowledgment, please do respond.

I have PACL bond. but I tried refund my amount through SEBI Web site but not my register number accepting my bond details online. ]

Sir am already registered and upload all the receipts and documents almost at the end of the level whenever am log in with my pacl number it shows please register the pacl number. even if i registered again it shows this pacl number not registered with our records.
