Shampita shee policy s. No.3759673 registration no. U[protected] dt. 18/02/2006.
Unfortunately your office was closed at kolkata branch. I tried to contact your at the site contact no but no luck, hence i am registering a complain here.

So my humble request to you please clear the amount at an early date. The policy bond copy will be attached also for your ready reference...
