When i am trying to fill registration form for refund in sebipaclrefund.co.in, as i request for otp a message occur as "this pacl does not exist as per our records". As i was paying my installment in same registration no, then how my registration no. Is not exist in your record Requesting u to given me a right information as early as possible because the last date of submission is near by.
