Pacl India — pacl refund-registration number does not exist

As per sebi and court order, pacl refund in processing, for that i have done registration with their registration numbers u[protected]/u[protected]. But their web site states that the above number does not exist with their records,

Kindly help me to sort out the issue, as they given last date for registration 30th april 2019
