Pacl India — pacl registration certificate is lost but have all the receipts please help

Hi Sir,

My name is Komal R Bamne, I have invested in PACL Ltd. as Registration No. U[protected], DOC- 24/01/2010 and Plan No & Terms - 030 & 6 Years but as suggested by SEBI to fill online with Bond Certificate I search every were not getting my main certificate I lost my main document. Please help to refund my money with help of PACL Receipts. also I attached the PAN Card, Photo, Bank Passbook, All the Receipts.

Requested to please do the needful its our humble request.

Please find all the relevant document and due to non availability of main PACL certificate the online file is incomplete to submit, only half of the done.
