Pacl India — unable to login into pacl

Dear sir,
I am suhara abbas policy holder hereby complaint for non-encashment of above subject policy no. Of pacl india limited.
My registration in sebipaclrefund has a phone number which does not exist and i am unable to login into pacl india limited as i forgot my password. Please let me know how can i reset my information.

My mother pacl registration number is U[protected] when i applied for refund registration in sebi.i gave all details of registration number mobile number and atlast when i click submit button error message comes as your pacl number doea not exist so what should i do to apply kindly do the needful
