I am one of the customer of pacl ltd. And it is heard from sebi on 08 feb'19 in a public notice that lodha committee in align with sebi has now decided to receive claim applications through www.sebipaclrefund.co.in from pacl customers.

However the mentioned website does not operate well in the past few days and it is too slow, hence unable to complete the claim application.

Could you please take necessary action...

What a hell experiance with the SEBI website in case of refund of money to PACL investors, the website is not at all opening sice a week. What is this? Is this SEBI playing with the life of common people, even can't upload a single application. Please make the server fast and accept all the applications fast and refund the amount to PACL investors as early as possible.

I am policy holder mr. R. Kamal dass pacl india limited my insurance period is 5 and half years. That time company issued starting so i want to take my refund. I want refund our policy money there are several person to tried the company agent but there no response from there side we want our money back as soon as the process of refunding our policy inform us soon. When i am trying to register on pacl refund website, it gives me an error stating that "this pacl number does not exist as per our records". Please look into this matter and get me connected with the concerned authorities.

As in the new update they have mentioned that money will not be refunded for those who submitted the pacl bond and taken acknowledgements.

This is rajesh belvalkar, i have already submitted the policy details at pacl ghatkopar branch mumbai. I have only the acknowledgement given by the pacl above mentioned office. I dont have bond certificate and dont have even the xerox copy of that. How i can go through with the acknowledgement? / is there any possibility to get the duplicate bond certificates for the following registration numbers. I want to register...

Dear pacl team,
I registered initially with registration number by generate otp and set the password and also filled upto step3 details in online form.
My current session got disconnected, now when i try to login with password, it's coming as "please register the pacl number".
Could you please help to look into the issue and resolve asap....

Sir first i entered pacl registration certificate no. Second re-entered lastly captcha and mobile no. But i did not receive otp when i did not receive otp i tried 3 times per 20 minutes even i did not receive otp next day when i did same procedure it was showing "pacl registration number mismatch" in red colour, how to get registration firstly pl guide me....

I have bond paper bt all payment reciept is not there bt last payment reciept is there if i can uploaded the reciept it showing error why yu want all the reciept, if i join the policy agent told that last payment reciept we want bt nw you are tell yu want all payment reciept. If yu dont give the money na yu dont play with us. Nobody have all the payment reciept. Tell wt i can do...

Sir i have paid the money till 5 years promptly. The bond is already submitted by our agent with 2 bonds in this process the agent had involved so many people after pack was blocked he committed suicide, he and his mother was opted this business now i have xerox copy of my bond how can i get refund
As promptly had paid this my mother also had enrolled with... Her pension savings kindly give us the results...

When i login for pacl refund online link. The server is too slow. It takes 5 - 10 mins for loading for the next page. After uploading the pan proof, bank account certificate, photo its unable to view the documents though they are less than 300kb. When uploading the pacl certificate and receipts it takes much time for single recipient to upload. While uploading 2 to 3 recipients the page logout and says something wrong. I have got 54 recipients...
