      While trying to register in www.sebipaclrefund.co.in for applying refund request from PACL I am facing below issue.
      Error is displayed as "This PACL number does not exist as per our records."

      Since last date to submit the application is April 30th, please help to fix this issue as soon as possible so that I can register and apply.

        My registration no is U[protected]. When i am trying to fill registration form for refund in sebipaclrefund.co.in, as i request for otp a message occur as "this pacl does not exist as per our records".

        i have paid my installment in same registration no, then how my registration no. U[protected] is not exist in your record.

        Requesting u to given me a right information as early as possible because the last date of submission is near by.

          I have tried filling up pacl refund form (My certificate number is n[protected]. On the last page where i am required to upload all the receipts and certificate, i am able to upload only one receipt. Following which i am unable to add further receipts. The deadline for form completion is approaching. I have a total of 18 receipts to be uploaded. Kindly guide me how to proceed — should i submit form with just one receipt?

          Pacl India — Unable to upload receipts of pacl for refund

          I have tried filling up PACL refund form online. On the last page where i am required to upload all the receipts and certificate, I have uploaded only 12 receipts. Following which i am unable to add further receipts. All the fields in the tab are grayed out. The deadline for form completion is almost going to end. I have more receipts that needs to be uploaded. Kindly guide me how to proceed. I am unable to complete the procedure due to this issue?

          Did you get any response from nodal officer? I am facing the same issue.
          Did anyone get any resolution for this? Even i am not able to upload receipts in step 4. Please assist.
          I am unable to upload PACL certificate and receipt copies. Constantly getting error while uploading the documents. Please find attachment for the error message.

          In the first page, it will ask for total number of documents...if you have mentioned one, you will be able to upload only one document. Update total number of receipts, and you will be able to upload the documents. whatsapp me if you have any questions. [protected].

                I can't register my pacl certificate registration number before login as I get the error as PACL certificate registration number mismatch whenever I reenter it . My pacl registration no is U[protected] . Getting the page for registration itself takes time and then also I get this error message. The website takes too long to respond while uploading documents. Please do the needful.

                                Sir, i'am unable to register for pacl refund application on the sebi website as there is no registration no is not mentioned in the documents (Bond) we have.

                                I called up on sebi's helpline and they guided me to mail all my documents but even after sending mail twice i didn't received any response. When i called up the sebi head office everybody insisted me to read my documents to find out the registration no. But what should i do when even after reading a thousands of time i didn't find any registration no. Which starts from u.

                                I just have a customer id no. And nothing else.

                                How can i register for the same (Pacl refund). Do i need to go to the sebi's head office personally?

                                Please resolve my issue?

                                      I'm writing this on behalf of my mother (Sreemathy e-u[protected] who was an investor of pacl. We have seen the public notice through sebi website that sebi is accepting the refund/claim applications from the investors of pacl ltd. When we tried to register for the refund through the portal http://sebipaclrefund.co.in/, it is showing an error that is -"user already registered". When tried to reset the password via forget password it is showing an error as "invialid mobile number"

                                      We have the pacl registration certificate (Pacl bond) and the bills received for the installments paid with us.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        I am a customer of pacl ltd. And it is heard from sebi on 08 feb'19 in a public notice that lodha committee in align with sebi has now decided to receive claim applications through www.sebipaclrefund.co.in from pacl customers.

                                        However the mentioned website does not operate well in the past few days and it is too slow, hence unable to complete the claim application.

                                        Could you please take necessary action to make the website back to performing conditions. It is made the announce that claim receival is open only till 30st april and the days are counting. So it's a sincere request make the website operate.
                                        So kindly do the needful...

                                        I have 150 reciept
                                        And trying to upload these from 20 days but website not work stil i upload only 20 reciept due to website server not responding.
                                        It take 15 to 30 minute to upload a single document
                                        Please help
