Pacl India — unable to upload documents, kindly help

In the process of claiming the refund from pacl india limited company. For this they are asking me to register my share details in the below website address

When i am trying to apply pacl refund application through this website
I am unable to upload the document, converted all documents as per condition (200 dpi, less than 1 mb, black and white, etc)

I am having all the receipts, i need to scan all receipts or 1st and last is enough.

Some of my friends they missed their receipts, but they have document.

Kindly guide us
