[Resolved] Pacl — Pacl ltd. Not refunded the maturity amount

Sir,
I am a resident and sr. Citizen residing at of chennai and i have invested rs. 1 lakh in the year 2007. On cumulative basis. It was matured on december 2013. I have submitted the relevant deposit receipt in the december 2013. My deposit number is u[protected] for rs. 50000/- and u[protected] for another rs. 50000/-. They assured to wait till may 2014 to get the payment. The will also pay the nominal interest for the delay. But they went on extending the date . I have received the payment till now july 2015. They disconnected the phone and i could not contact them now.. Sriraman contact number [protected]

We are not able to believe on Government Agency including Judicial Department. They are only interested for their own benefits. There will be no use register request to any of Agency because simple reply will be get to you, this PACL Company is not registered. No record is Availabe. Your money will not be returned/refunded in near future any single customer as it has already been expended for funeral ceremony SON of Mr. Nirmal Singh Bhangoo during 2012.

Do not wait, start again work and earn money, no effect on anybody. Remeber PACL will not be returned any money to any one. They will be paid bribe to Media, Ministers, Officers of CBI, Sebi, SAT and Judges of Court, Hight Court and Supreme court. Ok.. Enjoy Achhe Din!!!...

Have there any answer to any one including Chief Justice of India, for poor, illiterate and helpless people to get their matured money with immediate effect from PACL.

Dear Sir/Madam, Is there any hope to get MATURED money back of PACL Customers. Today they have gathered in my home and threatened for killing by not getting their money within two days. I am underground and now in living in shameful conditions. I am matured INDIAN Citizen but PACL and Government Agencies not keep me liable as Citizen. Tell me what can I do. Customers are demanding their money for daughters/son marriage, illness (Medical Reason). Earlier (One Year before) I shared all due customers list to SEBI, SAT and PACL. Can some one help me?
