Hi team,

Writing of this email is to resolve my issue which is pending from 4-5 days. My transaction is pending from from 16th of july and not reflecting and dates for transaction from my bank account for mutual fund according to bank mandate is not changed. I have received an email for failed in processing the transaction.

This is to inform you that your mutual fund department are unprofessional.

Firstly your call center handle the call which do not have any kind of ticketing tool, i need to explain the incident every time i have to call.

Secondly no records of customer complaint. No tracking of complaint is detected.

Thirdly they commit to arrange a call from mutual fund department which i never received.

Fourthly and most severe condition from mutul department. I call directly to mutual fund department and they handle the call so unprofessionaly, without putting my call on hold they ask manish sharma executive of your department to handle the call and his voice was audible i would like to phrase his statement "do not pick calls from old customer and put the call on hold, it will hang up".

Lastly i tried to call mutual fund department from another number, i asked to talk to manish sharma or pramod. Executive always hung the phone by saying that manish busy on another call.

I am very disappointment from such behavior and shall expect to resolve my issue asap. Find my details below.

Dear concern.

My name is argha chatterjee, pan number - ahrpc4479m, my registered mobile number with paisabaazar is [protected]. I have bought two mutual funds through paisa bazaar, birla sun life (Folio no. [protected]) investment amount rs.1000/- and dsp blackrock (Folio number[protected], investment amount was 2500/-

I have redeemed both the folio's on 12 th july (Last wednesday) and i have received emails from both fund houses on 13th that the amount has been credited to paisa bazar.

This is really an unfortunate state of matter that, its 4th day now and i have not received the amount from paisabaazar yet into my registered bank account (Sbi savings bank account [protected]). Please let me know why there is a delay?

If this is the case, i am not going to invest anymore using paisa bazaar's platform. Really pathetic experience.

I buy mutual funds from paisa bazaar. They daily call me to buy mutual funds from them. I was take sip from november in april i got message that invalid purchase rejected due to user name (Something). I thought that my sip was'nt debit from my account so i go in their website and buy individually arter 2-3 days i saw my bank account transaction that they already debit money from my account. I complained in their cc but they said you concern person (Rajiv dadwal) call you but nobody call me even i call him his official and personal both number he never replied and he put my number in rejecte list even i complain to his maneger (Rohit singh) through email him lots of time but he never take any action. They are totally frauds don't trust them and don't buy anything from them

My personal loan of amount 15 lacs was running in icici bank @12.5%. Yes bank employee through pisabazaar contacted me to balance transfer with benefit of 1% lower interest rate. I repeatedly asked to both in every discussion. Any other expenses. If any expenses, i will not go ahead for bt. They assured me no extra expenses. Initially commitment was that bill fee. Then requested me for stamp amount of 2600. Then 1500 rs from my loan amount.
Now biggest concern is that icici bank is asking me to pay 71000 foreclosing charge bcoz of bt. This is not my own fund.
I have been already got 173, 000 in my account from yes bank.2 may.2017.
A cheque of 12, 69, 437 i have been got in 4 may to be deposited in icici. Now icici refusing without foreclosure charge of 5% means 71000.
Why should i pay this amount.
Plz close this loan application. I m ready to pay the amount i got in my account. The amount 12, 69, 437 neither i could use nor icici accepted. I will not pay any interest or emi of the 12, 69, 437 rs. I have been handed over this cheque back to udaipur yes bank employee. They r saying i m trying to waive off foreclosure charge from icici.
With foreclosure charge, i can't go ahead with yes bank.
Plz do the needful. I m totally misguided by both the party yes bank & paisabazaar.

I am Neha Gupta, my registered id is 70693**918. I invested my amount of 25000 in several SIP.

Now they are showing investment worth 21000.

They took my statement and then just disappeared not responding to my calls and mails.

The executive's name is Neha Sharma, she asked for the statement of my account I did send her and after receive it she did not respond.

This is after I have stopped my SIP with paisabazaar.

Hi Team, I looking for your valuable support. Iam satya from Hyderabad. I have applied ICICI credit card through paisa bazaar which all formalities has been done on December-2016 itself. Paisa bazaar team verified all my payslips and id proofs and then they confirmed about my eligilibility. That is ok. The thing is they explained about different cc benefits and now they sended another type of cc. Also I did not receive any gift voucher. I need a immediate support from paisa bazaar team. Other wise I will take severe actions on this.

I had applied for a Personal Loan of Rs.10lacs from Citibank through Paisabazaar. It got sanctioned in Nov'16. I was promised Flipkart vouchers worth Rs.10, 000/- from Paisabazaar.com on release of the loan amount. It has been 3 months now I am followin up, I haven't received the vouchers. At the time of sanction of the loan, there was so much follow up.Now, why this delay in delivering as committed? It feels like being cheated by paisabazaar by compelling me to take loan from Citibank on the basis of the promise that these vouchers would be provided. Had I known this fraud before, I would never have approached paisabazaar.And taken the loan from the bank of my choice directly. Its really shameful.

I will never recommend anybody to apply any loan through paisa bazar . I applied for a personal loan & they promised me the file will get login the very next day if I submit by documents today by evening which I did.

They came back to me with the pendancies of Docs next day in evening. It was so frustrating I told them that if this pendancies should have be updated in 1st half of the day this might have been cleared . Also they lack curtesy & not a good experience as they have a hardly bother attitude.

I took loan via paisabazaar(ICICI Bank) and they committed me once your loan is approved you will get Flipkart Voucher of Rs.1500.

My loan is approved and disbursed on 19th November.My paisa bazaar executive name is Sourabh Kumar and his Employee id is EW00589 & also had a word with Pooja (Emp id EW00919) regarding my flipkart voucher but every time when I call them they are saying they have not received confirmation from Bank.And will email my voucher by Jan End.Today I called and get to know from them is Bank confirmation is came but I will get my voucher by end of Feb.

They are just making me fool.What the service they are providing its fully cheating what they are doing.

Sir, i had applied for credit card from paisabazaar thru standard chartered bank in april. Till now i didnt receive the card or any call so i lodged complaint today. Then i received call from concerned person and was told abt card details and he assured me for early delivery of card and apologized for delay also. But he also asked me my debit card details:
Debit card no.
Expiry date
Cvv code
And then visa password

I provided all except visa pwd bcz if i disclose it with above details, any body can debit my account without using my pin.

I want to know whether card may be issued to me or not.
And why visa pwd is required

I have submitted my documents and loan has been approved for Rs 7 Lakh for 5 years at ROI @ 13.99.
Post that Dheeraj from Paisa Bazar has called me and advise that ROI has been revised from 13.99 to 15.25%.
And also he has confirmed that on last Thursday loan has been disbursed. But it is Tuesday evening and loan amount is still not credited in my account. I have called several time but no action taken. Axis Bank is saying to contact Paisa Bazar and Paisa Bazar is saying to contact Axis Bank. I am not sure what to do on this????

I was promised a call back from an agent named asutosh from paisa bazaar and still not got any response from since monday he has taken all my documents from me to sanction me loan

1) I have all the phone recording & email proof about how the sales team providing false information & commitment in order to add new customer.
The sales executive forcing me for getting my signed cheque with agreement by providing false information on phone.
This was related to opening OD A/c with bajaj-z fnserve through "paisabazaar"
Kindly sue this company in order to ban it.

2) Also by obtaining my online filled information for Loan, their credit card team also calling unethically.

Now a days websites like bankbazaar.com, paisabazaar.com, apnapaisa.com, deals4loans etc catches the loan seeker.

I will give you my example -

I was looking for personal loan, i browsed couple of banks website, online emi calculator.
To check the rate of interest and emi.

After this, i started receiving calls from bankbazaar.com, apnapaisa.com, deals4loans.com etc,
People calling from these companies gives you false commitment that your loan can be instantly approved by us.
On telephonic conversation we ask them the basic question about the rate of interest and emi amount.
Then these people ask pan number, and they officially log in to credit institution or bank on behalf of your name, they ask you salary details, duration, and they apply for maximum loan amount without taking your consent.

We think that they are telling us emi, rate of interest details on their own, but its not.

Actually these people log in officially to credit institution / banks on behalf of your name, details. And gives the information. . .

This all result in cibil record.

Each and every inquiry about loan towards any bank is marked in cibil record.

If you dont belive, check your cibil record,
You will get each and every details about your inquiry about loan.

Even the credit card offer telephone calls do the same, they ask you few question, log in on behalf of you.

The worst part is for every single inquiry your cibil score goes down by 20 points

It happened with me.

My cibil record showed 9 inquiry for loan / credit card.

Hence my loan application is rejected.


So friends please beware, dont entertain these people.
If you want loan call the bank itself or visit.

Avoid these mediators.
