[Resolved] Paisabazaar.com — mutual funds | |||
I made a trial investment rs.1000 on the 9th july 2018 and now even after 2 months that investment is not reflecting in my investment dashboard. Every time when i called the agents mentioned it will be reflecting in 48 hours but all promises in vain and since last one month the compaint ticket 15462 which i raised i also unresolved. Transaction number, bank statement and all required documents has been submitted several times but all in vain. This company and their customer service is an absolute torture for brain. Still i feel sorry for their sales department who senselessly keep on calling with their investment offers n advice and cunningly escape when asked about the complaint raised. Can the regulatory bodies do something to put an end such unprofessional companies. Was this information helpful? | |||
