I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding a potential data breach on your platform which led to an attempt of financial fraud. I believe my personal information was leaked immediately after I submitted an enquiry for a personal loan on paisabazaar official website.

    Repeated calls for loan

    I am getting repeated calls from the company for loans. They are not activating DND even after so many requests. Their recent numbers are ‪+[protected]‬, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]... Endless...

    I do not have any service purchased from Paisabazaar however the profile created has my contact info. There is no option available in the profile setting to change the contact preferences and I am fed up with calls.
    I get at least 4-6 calls for offers from Paisabazaar and a minimum 2 SMS. I have already blocked around 30 different numbers but somehow they managed to call with a new number. I am tired of blocking numbers and because of this harassment, I stopped picking up unknown number calls, costing me by missing to pick up important calls too.
    I want to get rid of all calls and SMS except for the service I am using of paisabazaar. I am ok if that stops as well. Just stop irritating customers.

        I am registering a complaint against paisa bazar.com. as this company is been harassing me in the name of loan and credit cards. i had just inquired once on their site and now, they have put my phone number in some loop calling, and now i am being bombarded by their IVRS and executive for loan and credit cards. please help me now i m very much disturbed with this.

          Sir/madam,
          It is to intimate that I have complained to paisabazaar on 4th December 2023 for non receipt of OTP on redemption of mutual fund. However, they have replied after 10 days, i.e. on today that this may be due to brouser catche issue. It is further to intimate that I have tried to redeem from google chrome of my laptop as well as from my phone and also from my mobile app. The same issue persists in all the three places.
          Hence, my issue may please be resolved at the earliest.

            Unable to login to my Account, suspicious happening with my account

            I am unable to login to my Paisa bazaar account from many months, and also feeling some thing suspicious happening with my account. sent mails also but my issue was not resolved....

            Step ud card close against fixed deposit but FD Amt still not credit in my A/C

            Dear Sir/Mam,

            I am Siddhesh Pednekar having stepup credit card against fixed deposit, last august month i have paid my dues with pending amt And penalty charges and apply for fixed deposit closure but till now after nearly two months gone i not receive my fixed deposit amt refund.
            today on call i get information from sbm bank customer care that my a/c already settled from paisabazaar against my fixed deposit amt and...

            No option to delete the account.

            Paisabazaar is harassing me with loan offers and credit card offers all unsolicited. They call multiple times a day for the same offer.

            I was looking for account delete option, but they have removed it from their application and the website. I want them to delete my account and also my data with them....

            Respected Sir,

            I, Mr. Prashant Sadanand Jawkar I applied for Aditya Birla Capital Pre-Approved loan through Paisabazzar App.

            The loan has been sanctioned and I have received the sanction letter from the same from Aditya Birla Capital on 9th August. However, its been 15 days since I received the sanction letter but the amount has not been disbursed to my bank account.

            When I enquired with Aditya Birla Capital, I was told that no such application has been received by them. I fail to understand that how did I get a sanction letter if the application is not received by them.

            This seems some kind of fraud and I am in the risk of losing money from my bank account in the form of monthly EMIs as the NACH Mandate has already been set.

            I request you to please look into this on priority and investigate the same and help me with either crediting the loan amount or by cancelling the NACH mandate at the earliest.

            Attaching herewith the copy of the sanction letter that I had received for reference.

              None of your listed phone numbers works! Why?

              None of their listed phone number works! Why?

              Bank Bazaar or Paisa Bazaar teams are never rechable over their listed phone numbers.

              The IVR always says "The number is invalid"! But the very next moment you will receive calls from those phone numbers by magic!

              Sorry to say but I highly doubt thier integrity!

              One day I wanted to see how much personal loan i am eligible as I was about to purchase a land. I have logged in to Paisabazar and checked the same. Within an hour I started getting call from Paisabazar and asking me to give documents for applying loan. From initial discussion I was saying him that I want the loan which is having part prepayment option and without or less processing fee. He told hdfc will give loan, axis bank will give loan. He was applying for all these banks and I was getting call from the banks. When I ask hdfc guys about the processing fee and part prepayment is not available. Axis bank also called me and as I was not having an account with them they asked me to create an account. Just after axis bank call, pasiabazar called me and I told him that I don't have account and I will creat it after I reach Bangalore from my hometown. He then told me that he will apply in bajajfinserv as they provide overdraft loan which doesn't have any fee or any hidden charges but interest is more. They started calling me and asking for documents which I shared. within a hour they called again and shared a link where they ask me to select yes wherever needed. And the main thing is that, the link which they share will get expire in 5 or some mins so you don't have time to read the complete document. And they will send the link again and will hurry to sign it as soon as possible without even reading. As I was in hospital due to my daughters illness I couldnt read it properly too. When I got the loan they deducted 55k from my loan. I have raised a complaint and asked to cancel my loan. The Paisabazar guy and the Bajaj guy who made me to take the loan convinced me to continue with the loan with 30k returned(20k from Bajaj and 10k from Paisabazar) and after 6 months the loan amount can be downsized from 35 lac and can be closed with less closure fee. Once I retrieved the mail to cancel the loan Paisabazar guy says me that the amount from Paisabazar will be Amazon vouchers. And when I asked about the downsizing of the loan amount he says that there will be processing fee for that too.. it's not only my case, the same thing happened with one of my colleague but the amount was less for him so he doesn't want to complaint.

              Paisabazar cheated me with loan. And with half information they are cheating many out there who are in need of some money. Please take some actions again them on cheating the customers by giving half information and also for applying loans on behalf of the customers without their concent.

                I have closed my fixed deposit on May 25th and i was informed that within 10 working days i will get the refund of the fixed deposit. But I haven't received any refund untill now its been 2 months already. I have spoke to customer care executive many times when ever I call they tell me to wait for one week i waited for 2 months I can't wait for more days.

                  I have repaid my all outstanding before 2 months still no updates recived in my cbill acount ..only because of paisabazar there is bad remamark on my cbill acount ...only because of they I paid my dues late ...and still they are not updating repayment status on cbill ...i have closed my all outstanding ..

                    I have paid all due and all penalty charges applied by paisabazar ...i have paid them extra 6-8 thousnd ..Still they hadn't updated acount closer status on cbill acount and department ..they are intentionally harassing coustmers ..intentionally marking bad mark on customers cbill ...kindly update all repayments status on my cbill ..

                      I am getting frequent SMS from Paisabazar credit sector daily. more than 10 SMS and 5 Calls for credit card and Personal Loan.

                      Please stop sending messages to my mobile. I am very much disappointed with you. for every 1 hour, I am getting messages or call from your side.

                      even my network could not identify and block the messages. I beg you please stop the promotional messages. if I need any credit cards or loans...

                      I have mailed many time that plz credit my fd amount to my acount I am having medical emergency but it's 9 th day I have cleared my all outstanding and waiting for my money refund but they are not doing .really i am in truble medical emergency ..if any thing happen wrong with me or my family all balme is going on paisabazar and sbm bank oky ...they are really harrashing me alost from 4-5 months ...only bcoz of them I am in stress, my all family is distrube ...help to get my money back ..and take strong action on these types of business ..
