Sir/madam,
It is to intimate that I have complained to paisabazaar on 4th December 2023 for non receipt of OTP on redemption of mutual fund. However, they have replied after 10 days, i.e. on today that this may be due to brouser catche issue. It is further to intimate that I have tried to redeem from google chrome of my laptop as well as from my phone and also from my mobile app. The same issue persists in all the three places.
Hence, my issue may please be resolved at the earliest.
