Complaint against leak of personal data

I visited the website www.paisabazaar.com around to check my CIBIL score.
I did not complete the process and did not give explicit consent for sharing personal data with third parties or the agreement was hidden or clicked somehow.
Despite this, Paisabazaar captured and shared my personal data (including name, contact details, and financial information) with multiple banks without consent.

Unable to login to my Account, suspicious happening with my account

I am unable to login to my Paisa bazaar account from many months, and also feeling some thing suspicious happening with my account. sent mails also but my issue was not resolved....

No option to delete the account.

Paisabazaar is harassing me with loan offers and credit card offers all unsolicited. They call multiple times a day for the same offer.

I was looking for account delete option, but they have removed it from their application and the website. I want them to delete my account and also my data with them....

Made the payment for credit+ service - Refund the amount

Hi Team,

I paid the amount for credit+ service but no service till now.
I have sent multiple emails to paisa bazaar team said that 24 hours will get the refund amount.
Almost 1 month completed even though not received the amount.
Can we proceed legal action on this or will u do the repayment....

Stop msg and call from paisa bazaar

Hi Paisabazaar,

After signing up for Paisabazaar, I began to receive a large number of phone calls from various loan-providing companies. As my credit score got up the number of calls increased.

Getting calls for loan and credit cards every hour

I am getting more than 10 calls which starts 172 its from paisa bazaar, i am really fed up of it each and every day they keep calling me when i am in office sleeping eating all the time i am not interested in their services if my credit profile making me eligible for anything don't torture us i want them to delete my number from there databade don't want any call in future....

Hi I have applied paisa bazaar. Com site and they after 24 hrs we have received call I have tell that we need a personal loan 20000 and they ask they will charge 2150 processing fees by mistake I sent 2 times they say you will refund that 2 time amt and they they ask me 17201 in hold amt and they ask gst charges 9200 and they again ask advance emi 3506/- 2 times but I have pay only 1 st time and 3506/- and they ask insurance you pay 13700/-...

Please delete my account and my details. I don't want to check credit score and i don't want paisabazar to check my credit score every month. I have sent email to customer support but no use. Customer support is useless not even a single response. I even send message on facebook requesting for the same and there also no reply. Seriously why do they have customer service if no one responds to customer
