I am residing at Varadharajan street, Nehru nagar, chrompet. (Landmark opposite to NSN mat. school, hasthinapuram road). After metro water pipes was installed in all street the roads got damaged and hence followed by metro water all adjacent road (nallappa and ayyasami st) was laid newly and properly. But our varadharajan street was not laid for many days. Last Saturday workers came finally and started working for laying the road, but finally they finish all the work in half day and the road was laid incompletely by only were the metro water was digged, Thus now the road was looking very ugly and not uniform. My suggestion was they may left the road in before laying situation itself. Attached few snaps of the ugly and part road laid photos. On asking the workers they say that the road was in good condition hence we are just doing the patch work. Please request you to look into this issue and take action for laying the complete road like other adjacent roads. Thank you.

1.in zamin pallavaram zamindhar lane, the road is very worst condition for long time. 2. No street name board is available for long time. 3. No proper street lights are also available. 4. Nearby there is one cremation land. When they carry the death body, it create problems to ladies, pregnant women aged people because of heavy noise of atom bomb explosion. The drunken peoples are also disturbing the school students and ladies. This is only way to go to cremation land. It is in the residential area. So, kindly replace this cremation land place to chrompet. This present place can be converted into childeren park. Many time we gave this complaint to authorities. Finally we approach you to take care this issue to find permanent solution. It is our humble request on behalf of this area people. Please... Sir.

Dear sir, i am srinivasarao doppalapudi. i am working csc chennai, mepz. i am staying in durganagar, cromepet. apartment nam: SRIJI HILL VIEW APARTMENT. Here The maintaince people are not allowing me to pay maintenance online. I told i donot have money to pay. i can pay online or check. But they are taking roughly for money. please help me on this. The dustbin which is placed at Bharathiyar street and Valluvar main road junction, Gandhinagar, Ward no. 31, Pallavaram Municipality is in very bad shape. The garbages are lying on the roads and creating lot of issues to the commuters and stinking very badly causing unhygienic atmosphere to the residents. The garbase collection is also not happening regularly. Despite of many complaints logged on Toll free no. [protected] and the Sanitary inspector Mr. Marimuthu, no action has been taken so far from Municipality side. Kindly look into the issue save the residents from diseases.

While relaying the streets in sakthi nagar zamin pallavaram - ward 8, the contractor is raiisng the sakthi nagar first street by one and half feet for fixing the top block. As the street is not the cross street as mentioned in the sign board and this street is used by heavy vehicles to reach the durga road through st. Marys street, fixing the top block will be damaged easily and earlier also. Hence it is reguested to use the dhar to relay the street which is durable. Moreover the contractor is blocking the rain water flowing from the houses in the south side of the street by raising a concrete beam by one and half feet hight which will affect the residents during the rainy season. Hence it is requested by the residents of sakthi nagar first street to replan the work and reconstruct the street after consulting the street residents immediately. We are residing in r.P.Road, nehru nagar, chromepet. In recent times we have noticed many tanker lorries are loading ground water from inside the premises of indira cotton mills, chitlapakkam main road. This goes on every day, and as a result the wells and bore wells in our homes stop yielding water right from the month of february. We are forced to but water on a daily basis, as the municipality supplies water to us only once a week.

Please put an end to the menace and stop extraction of ground water by indira cotton mills for commercial sale.

Sir, I am a resident of Chrompet. My daughter and my son in law both jointly purchased a flat and regular tax paid. Now my son in law released his share to my daughter name and the same is registered with sub registrar office, pallavaram.

Now we applied for name change at the pallavaram municipality on 23 March2016. Normally the time for change of name is 15 days. But so far 1 month passed. The respective clerk asked money for the same, that also given.

So far i have not get any reply from municipality.

Still I do not know the exact position.

We request the officials of the municipality of pallavaram to provide us a garbage bin in our street boopathy nagar industrial area Door no 9 & 10, opposite to ravindra bharathi school & Leather craffts company.3 minutes drive from keelkattalai bus terminus.persons not coming to clean the garbage regularly and asking for more moeny to collect the garbage.pls give us a garbage bin.there are 36 companies in our industrial area but not even a single garbage bin is available.pls do the needful to us.by R.Surendran.call me on nine seven nine one zero one two four seven three.thank u.

I am residing in Subramaniyar Koil 1st street, Rajaji Nagar, zamin Pallavaram, chennai 600043. I would like to highlight that the garbage collectors are not at all coming to our streets because of this reason the streets are highly polluted by garbage wastes. Here we do have lot of senior citizens were there health also getting affected because of the same reason. As well the road conditions are highly in disgusting condition. I would really appreciate if these issues are taken care with high priority.

After the recent floods at Keelkalatalai, Rajendran Nagar Pumping station is not working, due to manuals are located in the Madipakkam Lake i..e, opp. to Perumal Koil, are above three fee full of water. Hence they have made pipe line via Medavakkam main road to clear the stagnated water. This is not working properly, due to lekage in the pipe in join at the Main road. Hence water is overflowing in the main road. Please take early steps to correct the same without further delay

Hi, After this heavy rain, all gutters were locked due to the heavy rain, can you please arrange someone to clean this. I have already raise d complaint over telephone but still action has not been taken. Can someone help please.

Waves swim academy no 92 m.k. nagar, zemin palavaram. chennai behind kaikattalai busstand other side back to ambika timber depot, as per G.O JULY 2015 regarding the swimming pool act the above saaid swim pool was not constructed . in the mean time the swimming pool was unauthorized construction, the palavaram municipality building inspector issued the second notice on nov 2014 (LOCK AND SEAL NOTICE) the first notice was issued before that the notice mentioned clearly it was unauthorized construction as per G.O no 3 ft there was no set back no fire extuenger, THE FAULT ARE 1) UN AUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION 2)NO NOC FROM FIRE OFFICE 3) NO NOC FORM POLICE DEPARTMENT 4) NO NOC FROM WATER BOARD 5) NO EMERGENCY EXIT . ABOVE ALL THE DEFAULT WHY BUILDING INSPECTOR NOT TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST THE SWIMMING POOL. THE PUBLIC AND SMALL CHILDREN ARE PLAYING IF ANY THING HAPPENED THE BUILDING INSPECTOR WILL RESPONSIBLE, OR THE TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT WILL RESPONSIBLE, we recently faced moulivakkam incident in the case court clearly mentioned the building was not constructed as per plan, the swimming pool have no plan approval, 1) the death incident are happen regularly 12 year old boy in poonamalle, 2) According to the city police, nine-year-old Ranjan reportedly suffered nausea after he completed his second lap in the four feet deep swimming pool of the Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan at K K Nagar in Chennai. He was seen climbing up the ladder to come out but slipped into water3)A trip by school students to a theme park at Sripermubudur near Chennai ended on a tragic note after a 11-year-old boy drowned in a swimming pool there, police said on Sunday.The trip had been organised by his school from Tiruvallur. Sir lot of incident happen in swimming pool please save our public and take necessary action against unauthorised construction of the swimming pool

I live in 8th ward of Pallavaram municipality, Ethiraj street, Rajaji nagar, Zamin pallavaram. I have been regularly paying the drainage tax and the connection has been given. But still adjacent to my compound the drainage is stagnating continuously. On repeated complaint no steps has been taken to clear it. Reason given is the drainage is from the opposite flat and they have not paid hence under ground sewage connection is not given to them. Though i pay my tax regularly why should i bare the menace of mosquitoes and the bad stench of the drainage. Because of which my child health are being affected and regularly my child falls sick. The government is giving warning about health issues, but because of other residents we are falling targets to the disease. I humbly request the concerned authorities to take strict action on the issue and block the drainage coming from the opposite flat. Hoping the action to be taken at the earliset. Thank you .

We have a problem in our area... im haroon rasheed.. NO.68 darga colony 2nd st zameen pallavaram ch-43.. because of this drainage problem our people were affected.. i didnt slept peacefully for the last 2 days because of this mosquito... many of them were affected by malaria... for the past 3 months nobody cleaned our drainage system... many of them were studying 12th std... they were unable to concentrate on their studies..i have attached a photo copy.. so kindly request you to take necessary action as soon as possible

complaint against manivasagam No.12, Amaravathi Street, Muthusami Nagar, Nemilicherry chromepet (18th Ward) Manivasagam taking palar water direct from main line and tap the water through overhead tank without filling the sump. I want to register complaint wrt Santhanam Road, Mallika Nagar, old Pallavaram doest have the underground sewage connection available.

12+ houses in our street suffer and need to spend lot to manage the sewage .

Kindly assist in getting the connection extended to Santhanam Road.

Also the road, doesnt have the sign board, which need to get installed.

This is to bring to your notice that an apartment at survey no. 435/3, (situated between door no. 12 & 14) Viswanathan Cross Street, Radha Nagar, Chromepet, has violated all planning norms as specified by the CMDA rules. The passage from the road which leads to this property is 9 feet in width which does not conform to any building norms. Further it seems you have issued a stop work notice dated 19/07/2013, but still the builder has completed the building; also a legal action has been initiated by your office under section 1920 act 205 (3) municipalities act in a court of law. This builder has advertised with digital banners in the premises to sell the property. Kindly take immediate steps to seal the property and save the gullible public from being cheated and also get into further litigations

I am staying at Boopathy Nagar extension, Keelkattalai (Behind Mahata Petroleum), Chennai - 600117. Ward No.15 Counsellor is Mr.Gnanasekaran. Near by our residence (near by Ramana Apartments, Serenity Apartments, Raghava builers, Tejasri Apartment and few individual houses) there is well in the Self help Industrial area and from that well one person GV Transport Water supply is selling water in a lorry. Every year they are digging the well for more water yield and also putting bore near by that well. He is selling more than a 20- 30 lorries per day during summer time. Due to that our borewells are getting dried and we are not gettting water for our use and we are purchasing water. When we checked they say they are selling this water for past 10 years but sir at that time there was no residence here. We all built and came to this place only 4-5 years back. Sir, kindly take necessary action and stop this please. Also these self help industries now a days are working in the night and we are disturbed due to the sound pollution. also the students are unable to study in the night time becos while working in the night time they are putting the music stereos and disturbing us. We understand the Government has already informed them to vacate this place but they are still not done that. Sir, kindly take action against this also please,

I am Justien (Cell No.[protected]) residing at 3rd street Extn, Thenmozhi Nagar, Kilkattalai, In our street there is no basic facility has been provided last 6 years . all of our kids are suffering with Mosquito bite as there is no proper drainage systems . Pallavaram Municipality has not provided basic facilities of Water Connection, Roads and Drainage though we paid our properly Tax regularly without fail .Also Pallavaram Municipality never taken any initiative to implement basic facility at 3rd street Extn, Thenmozhi Nagar, . My Kind request to Chairman to see if basic facility can be given at the earliest as all of people suffering lot without proper road to walk and drive cycle.
