I placed an order with Palmonas 9th may 2025(Order ID: #PM[protected]) through their website https://www.palmonas.com. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone (+[protected], email ([protected]@palmonas.com), and WhatsApp (+[protected], I have received no update or delivery.
Their customer support has not responded, and the tracking status (if available) has not updated in days. I am requesting a full refund or immediate shipment of the product.
Kindly help escalate this issue.
