I had ordered their product: Athena Solitaire Hoop Earrings on 19/08/2025 Product was of cheap quality. I then placed a return request, Palmonas company didn't refund my money to my account. Customer care numbers are not working & no responses to emails too. Website also has all wrong information. Scammers in Pune. Please help.

Order shows delivered but not revived or delivered to me -. No one came to deliver the product and no one called me and it shows delivered to md jamil. there is no such person exist in my area or appartment....

Hi teami have placed 3 orders with them #PM[protected] #PM[protected] and #PM[protected]. This order was placed on 26 nov 2024 and it shown delivery till 30nov or 1st dec. Today is 5th dec still the order is not dispatched and i havent recieved any order. Also i tried to connect with them over call email and whatsapp the entire team is non responsive. I am requesting refund for my products but this team has neither sent product nor refunding me...
