I have purchased an item from latest one.com but the same day i request to cancel the order but they delieverd the product at my door step and even i refused to take the product but i took the product and the product i got was broken and i requested for refund and its been more then 20 days i didnt got my refund even i tried to contact but no answer from customer care. There is brackege in watch glass. I wanna return it. Please kindly return it fast I pay for it so please. We faith u like fool without checking I take that cheap product n u r not even changing this wathch I dont want money back just wanted the watch without any deffect so please u fraud give me good product

I bought the above bracelet, before 1 hour, and the watch led s are not working, the bracelet is totaly waste, please solve my problem or take return.
Above product i was purchase on 22/12/2016, but it was not connected OTG and pen drive to mobile and PC . Please take my complaint and give suggesation at the earlist
