Pl note that one Ptron Tronite Bluetooth smart watch sport wristwatch phone support with camera for mobile smartphone was purchased vied order no LO4344314 dated 03/02/2017 having invoice no POT-2445564 dated 03/02/17.
The said watch is defective and battery not taking charge.
Pl arrange to replace as early as possible.
An early action from your end will be appreciated.

I have purchased an item from latest one.com but the same day i request to cancel the order but they delieverd the product at my door step and even i refused to take the product but i took the product and the product i got was broken and i requested for refund and its been more then 20 days i didnt got my refund even i tried to contact but no answer from customer care....
