Respected Sir,

I C.Prem Kumar From Tirupati. (26/02/2019) I receive one message at early morning 2 19 am that my credit card is used. But I am not used the credit. So bank automatically block my card..thanks for that, so I request you to please resolve this credit card fraud case at earliest, I am total upset with this transcation. During transcation time I have not received any single sms from your end. This is totally mental harassment to me. Please check these transcation and do needful.

I was trying to open an account online with axis bank, but could not do so due to error 'pan not found in itd database' my pan nos ICKPK7535J. I had already checked my pan validity. It shows valid ok. It is my humble request to please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
