Pan Card — How to apply for a lost pancard.

Dear Madam/Sir,

I have lost my pancard a few months back.
i have submitted my SSC Certificate and a letter attested by MRO, for address proof.
Now i have got my Passport. So my question is, whether i can apply to duplicate pancard by submitting my passport now or should i submit the letter from MRO again?

please any one help me out regarding my doubt.

I have applied pancard on Oct'2009 but unfortunately I didn't received my pan card, but when I search in internet I find my pan number as ASSPG7014L. Also I got an SMS about the same from your end. So, pls delivered my pan as soon as possible.

am Nagarathna, I have applied for Pan Card in month of Oct 2009, but not received yet. I checked in the nearest Post office also, the postman said it is returned to the pan card office. but I have not received that one also. Dear Sir/Mam,
This is Vinod Mandale here, I did not receive my PAN Card although I had approched to First Flight Courier sub-branch & main branch of city to get the same. I had received a call on 07/12/09. Due to office time I could not attend the call, but in evening I called on the same no. And on 08/12/09 I went to First Flight Courier office Pune-Hadapsar branch. But till the time they had sent my PAN card back due to no response & was asked to visit main branch. So at the same time I went to the main branch at Golibar Maidan - Pune, but still I could not get the same as it was sent back to Mumbai.
How can I get it back, pls let me know?
