I Had applied on 27jan2009 and my appllication no.is[protected] vide Processing Coupon No.[protected] in your Delhi (Nahru Place) Branch. But pan card is not delivered to my house .may be the courier person has suffered problem in searching address . so my new adress is given below.

Pan Card — Irregular work of bank employee

Sir
I want to draw your kind attention towards the negligent working of bank employee, they are working with the lack of knowledge. My complaint is that- I want to open my mother's saving account in s.b.i. (small branch in Kamalganj, Fatheghar, Farrukhabad up., and branch code no. 11210) I went there three times for opening my mother's account but manager of there branch sent us back reason by lack of one I.D., but now i have two I.D. (one is Rasan Card,and second is PAN card), After getting these two id he refused again. He said that husband name should be printed on PAN card but in my knowledge only women father name printed on pan card nor husband name weather she married or not. PAN card is best ID. for identification.
this is the matter of great concern and it cause a great loos of time, and i am finding it difficult to open my account.

kindly take necessary action in this matter and please give the massage to manager for poor service, and says to him for opening my account.

I have applied for a PAN (AICPB4004H) card way back in July 2009. I still have not received my pan card. I have followed up umpteen number of times with NSDL as well as Aiykar Sampark Kendra via phone and email (Complaint No. is[protected]online[protected]tele)) however all I have been told is it is under process with the income tax department. It is very frustrating to follow up so many time and get nowhere. I have been asking them for grievance escalation procedure but havent been getting tht too.

we are from mumbai we recharge my releative mobile n. [protected] this n. from bihar we order recharge wirth rupees 111 as top up recharge from SHRI RAMDEV MOBILE, malwani gate n. 7 malad west mumbai but dealer SHRI RAMDEV MOBILE recharging as offer recharge my releative not gatten any balance on their mobile when we advoice them theey are showing their demo mobile message your balanc successfully activated what action i do with them advoice me

May be this kind of complaint nobody gave till now.Because all of you are get used to the things that are going on.We know that it is wrong.Still we cannot raise our tone.
coming to point...i applied for a new pan card NSDL.I attached docs for proof my ssc marks list with my photo name before marriage( with complete surname), latest bank transactin doc (with the name before marriage with complete surname) and recent voter id card with photo but name with after marriage(means surname in intials).I send these above said docs and cheques.Within few days i got reply as proofs are not sufficient and they want another proofs with complete surname which i dont have( i have my driving licence also unfortunately it is also having same name) or they asked my to send id proof and address proof taking from a gazetted officer ( for which no officer is ready to give may be because they are gazetted officers)...what should i do?????
i fed up with roaming here and there and finally i called a pan card broker and he came to my house to collect all the reqd docs, took my sign and took rs.200/- and i had a pan card now.here thing which is to note is i gave the same docs which i sent to NSDL earlier which were denied by them. This time no queries i recd. no objections no delays no gazeted offices...
So....here i want to give suggession for my fellow citizens dont waste your money by giving it directly to NSDL...it is better if you go throgh a broker by paying some amount extra...if i would have done this earlier i might have saved a hundred note...how funny....this is the reason terrorists and all anti social elements get their things done easyly in this country...if you have money they will give to dead bodies also...if you dont give exta money, if you are genuine citizen also they are not ready to work.
