[Resolved]  Pan Card — pan card not received

I have applied to Change the name in my pan card last year. This case is outstanding in the RCC Jodpur. Still you have not dispatched my pan card please try to dispatch soon my pan card

I missed my pan card and my pan numberis AMKPA83519. How can i get a duplicate pan card ? or shall i apply a new pan card ? or What is the procedure ? pls kidly do the needful.

Sir/mam,
I had not received the pan card for almost one year. When I asked for it they told my father verification I had provided then they told me it had been and dispatch and gave me some number to inq. at post office I did the same. Later on they told me to write the letter I did the same. Then again I receive the letter that it had been dispatch on Nov. 08 but still not received it yet.
When ever we apply for new one it come in 15 to 25 days only for duplicate it take so much of time.

Pan Card — Mismatch of name

PAN card woes - what does it take?????

I had received my PAN number (AEEPR4521B) from ITO Salary Ward V(4) Chennai on 11th June 2002. I came back to Bangalore in 2001. Ever since then I have been applying for my laminated PAN card without success. I made a final attempt on 8th April 2009 at the UTI office in Ulsoor (near Ulsoor Police Station), Bangalore, where I learned that there were some mismatches in my name, my father’s name and my date of birth. I presented copies of my passport as evidence and it was supposedly corrected. I was given a receipt mentioning that correction was made and that I would receive the card within 15 days. These many days have elapsed, and on visiting the branch again I am informed that I would have to get the passport particulars attested by a gazzetted officer.
My question is this; is UTI Ulsoor defying the authenticity of a document, the ultimate proof of identity in this country, issued by the Govt. of India? Why should they go on harping about mismatches when my passport clearly states my first name, middle name and surname, and that of my father; and my date of birth? Why should they require more proof and attestation when all this already lies with the central government? We are in the computer age, but unfortunately, we are still brain-dead! We are still steered by draconian directives and an inability to iconnect! And I have not got my PAN card, by the way. I am supposed to get a notary from a lawyer, it seems….!!!

The tracking result is showing that the PAN card is been delivered on 16th MAy to Awadesh Kumar in Varanasi. But the PAN Card is on the name of Mrs. Permila Mehta and the lady has no relation with named person. Moreover the PAN Card was to be delivered to Bhadohi, a place 45kms away from Varanasi.

Please inform why PAN Card is still not delivered to communication address given.
