Please refund my amount, it said 1400, but 10448 was deducted and i received following message
Your transaction at biolabstrim.com online using kotak debit card xx8007 on[protected]:15:38 ist could not be processed due to unauthorized usage.. Please call our 24 hrs customer contact centre for further assistance.
And next i received
Thank you for using your debit card xx8007 for rs.10448.52 at 5940401 on[protected]:15:41 ist.
Kindly explain this. This is fraud. Please refund my money back
