Pan Card — wrong details on pan card | |||||
I have a complaint against the irresponsibility of the employees while entering the data for making a pan card. After filing two times correction form for my pan - cytpm6427j my details are still incorrect. Each time i have to pay money as processing fee. When i applied for the first time all the details were correct on the acknowledgement i received, but when i received the pan card dob was incorrect. When i submitted correction form bearing acknowledgement no - n-[protected] on 30 jan 2017 again all the details were correct on the acknowledgement. When i received the card the dob was correct but the name was incorrect. I have again filed an another correction form bearing acknowledgement no - [protected] on 05 apr 2018 for the correction of name. If there is no any mistake from my end then why should i pay rs.110 each time for the correction form where the whole fault was of that person who is entering the data. You are requested to give some strict orders regarding such type of matters so that the peoples like me will not suffer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
