Pancard Clubs — after completion of maturity period, i have not received any maturity amount

Dear sir,

I am ganpat tukaram karande. I have invested rs.35100/- for 9 years & 0 months on 10th november 2010. And its maturity is completed on 10th november 2019. But till date i have not got any maturity amount from pancard club.
Maturity amount is - 105300/- only.

I am requesting you to resolve this problem as early as possible.
