I, harshada terse opted for standard membership of pan card clubs ltd (Panoramic group of companies) by paying rs. 1, 120 as offer price on october 19, 2006 and the investment scheme tenure was 9 years. I received the certificate and i-card for the above investment from the company. I was supposed to receive rs. 3, 400 on maturity as mentioned in the certificate on october 19, 2015. To get the matured amount i called up the pancard clubs...

Under above referred certificate folio number, i have invested my amount of rs.51, 300/- (Rs fifty one thousand three hundred only) in your company under the scheme of relax holiday and received the certificate under the same scheme from the company, which got matured on 01st, december, 2015 and the...

I have invested two policies. One for my mothers insurance policy of amount 35200 before 8 years i. E.in 2010. This is maturing this year. Another bond of 40000 also have been invested and maturing next month,
Can i please be helped so that i will get my money back now.

I have invested 20800 with pancard club on 27/3 2010 wide receipt no saw 007964., I have submitted my certificates on 29/8/2016 wide ack receipt 105401-ACK6112 for the clain on maturity. But till date the company has failed to pay me the amount of rs 41400. The phone numbers of the companys are invalid and I am anot able to communicate to any of the officials as their office in goa not exist .
I kindly request the indian consumer complaint forum to take necessary ACTION WITH this pancard club and help me toget the investment money back.,

I had submitted 2 certificates of pancard clubs ltd. On maturity, at their mahim corporate office, on 26th april 2016, under folio nos.[protected], &[protected] svp-2.
The maturity amts. Were 17640/- & 16380/- (Total 34, 020/-).
Neft forms were also filled up & submitted. Investment amount being, 12600/- & 11700/-
I have original acknowledgement with me. Now, it is nearing 2 years, not a single rupee has been received.

I have invested 1, 50, 000 in pan card club on 28 the march 2014 for 3 years and the maturity was on 28th june, 2017 and the amount is still not yet received to me. Currently all the contact nos are also out of service can't connect with help.

Looking for help as i am in urgent requirement of the money. I am widow and have no helping hand.

It's been last 1 year i am chasing but not receiving the maturity amount

I dilip kumar bagdi an investor, who invest in your company on 19- march -2012 and expiry date 19-june-2015. Tenure 3 years and 3 months. My invetment done by your agent ms mithu bagdi, rank and code sr/[protected]. The folio numbers is as follows:

The option selected is relax holiday in all this folio number. And mode of payment is cash. I have all the originals certificates in my hand.

I had deposited 30000 rupess on 2-aug-2000 of which fixed duration date is going to be completed on 1-aug-2015.I had not got a money on the respective date where as they provided me with the cheque which got bounced and I didn't got any money till now. This is 2018, I tried to call many time in the office of pancard club (mahim-prabhadevi - mumbai ) they never give me a response of the call.please help the victim of this trap.

We are unable to proceed with your online pan application due to following reason: mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per pan application with the details available in uidai database. Name/ gender/ date of birth/ name as per aadhaar. Kindly visit designated tin-fc /pan centre and submit your pan application using biometric (Fingerprint) facility. Will my money get refunded or i have go to the pan centers

we have one more policy for my Spouse Name is Swati Gajanan jagtap and her Pancard Policy Folio no is DDA-767 which was issued on 5th December-2009 and Expiry was 05th March-2016, -No refund against the policy

I had invested rs.50000/- on 31.01.2013 to 29.04.2016 with pancard clubs ltd. For 3 year's group company of panoramic world vide folio no.[protected], certificate no. (Ack no-11127), maturity date 29/04/2016. Though the maturity date is over, i have not received any refund from the company. I have submitted the papers to khed office way back though my that compo agent. I sent emails to their corporate office, however, so far no results. The manager at mumbai prabhadevi office[protected] but not responding

I Mr. Pradeep Mahadev Sawant residing in Shirodha kerwadi vengurla dist sindhudurg had invested INR 5 Lac in pan card club engaged in development and maintenance of Recreation club and hotels in the year 3rd Oct'2013 through one of my friend Mr. Sahadev Shirodkar (agent code - 170078) who invested Rs 2lac in name of my daughter Priyanka Sawant through marketing person Mrs Aparna Vaibhavanand Tendulkar which was expiring on 3rd Jan'17. INR 1lac was invested in Medical insurance without my concern & later it was informed to me by Mr. Sahadev Shirodkar (agent code - 170078) that instead of investing all money in same scheme in name of my daughter Priyanka Sawant he has removed my medical insurance policy of 1 lac which is locked for 6 years. The medical insurance was brought to my notice after 4 months for which i was not happy with his decision. Gangaram Balkrushna Govekar (agent code - RFO[protected] had invested Rs.2lac in the name of my second daughter Varsha Sawant through marketing person Praveen Gangadhar Govekar which was also expiring on 3rd Jan'17. This year in the month of March'17 when i went to Panclub office which is located in Prabhadevi Mumbai they told me that you will receive the money by March'18 and gave me the acknowledgement receipt in name of both of my daughters. I just want to confirm when will i get my invested amount as i have my both daughter marriage fixed in the month of May'18 and i am the retired Best worker. The agent Mr. Sahadev Shirodkar (agent code 170078) and Gangaram Balkrushna Govekar (Agent Code : RFO[protected] are just give me commitment that the SEBI & RBI case is going on & you will receive the money by March'18. I just need confirmation from SEBI & RBI by when will the money be returned as i am going through very bad phase and have my daughter's marriage fixed in the month of May'18.. Attaching the legal documents given by Pancard Club LTD. Request you to kindly let me know at the earliest.

I am bharati das aged 85 years, invested my hard saving money in holiday option : relax holiday (39 months) of - on 24.09.2012 rcpt. No. Bdn-347760, folio no[protected] and rcpt no. Bdn-345473, folio no.[protected] of rs. 80220/ each respectively. But after the completion of due period of 39 month i have not received my deposit money against this scheme.

I have invested rs 50400 on 20/04/2011 in pancakes club limited under delight holiday scheme and i have to get rs 100800 on 20/06/2017.
But till date i do not have got any amount.

The company persons don't pick up the call and many numbers are changed.
What action should i get now. Please inform me.
Mumbai head office person asked to submit all original policy documents and if i submitted the same i will not have any proof.

I, tanuja vilas koli, aged 21 year, at house no. 69, hanuman koliwada, post ; n ad uran, dist : raigad -40702. Is submitting the complaint as under : -
I had paid rs. 36000/- and administrative charge 125/- in diving holiday scheme (66 months) as per term of pancard clubs from 24/7/2010 up to 24/7/2013. As per rule i had paid 36 months payment and pancard clubs had cumulative till date 30 months payment. My folio no.[protected] dated 12/8/2010 is registered with this company on record.
My period of the scheme is end and i had entitled to get payment of rs. 66, 000/- and interest thereon up to this day. I had not received payment after due date from company till this day. I had visited the office of company at mahim (Mumbai) and also agent mr. S. R. Thakur on home address at belpada - uran, they are not giving the replay to me.
Therefore, i am requesting to company that, please issue my payment of rs. 66, 000/ - and interest thereon at the rate of 18% to me.

Myself sunita jaiswal, i have deposited rs, 1000/- pm for 36 months and it was mentioned in your policy that after 36 months completion i have to wait for 2 years and i will get back of rs, 50000/- appx and maturity period was dec-2015, appx 2 years has passed but still now i have not received my money

Please reply whats the reason or i have to take legal action against your company

On 27th august 2017 it was matured and the certificate i was deposited in your prabhadevi branch along with a blank cancel cheque, adhar card copy and pan card copy. From your prabhadevi office give me a acknowledgment copy number is :[protected]ack78649. Dt :- 16/10/2017.

Now it's past near about 1 month till now the amount not yet credited in my bank.

Several times i am trying to contact but no response

Would request to you pls look into this matter asap due to my financial problem arised i need this money urgently.
