I became member of pancard club on 13th feb 2014 rs 50400. My membership expired on 13th may 2017. I surrendered original certificate on 15-5-17. At that time i was told that payments may start shortly. But so far no payment, no communication. Tried to contact over phone but no response.
Can anybody guide for taking further action. My mobile no is [protected].
I am senior citizen. It seems i have been cheated.

What should i do for the same if i want amount before maturity date.
As pan card clube office is not available where i have been invested money, also phone no are also not in service now

I invested 3, 50, 000 rs in pancards clubs india in monthly investment plan. My folio no.[protected]. And first installment deposit during january 2013. Plan was 66 month and i started lnvestment in january 2013. But ln middle years i heard company (Pancard club india) has some issues and problems regarding company plans and sebi has put jammer to compani opretios and matter is in court. Sir now i am afraid what now and what next. Court said company will refund all investors money by selling their properties. Now my situation is that i am totally confuse and i don't understand shall i got back my investment with admissible interest rate?

Hi team,
My father invested money of 4 lac in pan card club india. Agent told my father pan card company will return you better amount of intrest. My father asked to return the money after few years the pan card club agent will also not returned any money. I and my father went to prabhadevi office of pan card but no one is responding to our queries. I surveyed service of pan card and found fraud against million to billion money. I don't know why the consumer court is not taking any action yet against # off pan card club company.
Please take action against the # of company of pan card club which cheated so many poor people. Really bad attitute of this comapny. Consumer court must take strong action against this pan card club so future frauding of pan card will stop.

I am dhananjay vinayakrao ingole, (Code :[protected] want to know the financial position of the company to refund the surrendered policies & commissions of agents. I am surrendered three policies. Which are not refunded till now.
Give the detail as early as possible.1) folio no.[protected] shahaji balkrishna raijadhav., folio no.[protected] varsha dhananjay ingole., dvn certificates not received.
2) two clint's of sr - mr shivaraj shankarrao nilare (Code[protected] mature at 30/04/2016 (Details are not present now) please verify at your end, which are submitted for refund are settled as early as possible.
3) folio no.[protected] pranav dhananjay ingole., matured at 08/07/2015 which are submitted for refund is till today not received.
Please give detailed effects as early as possible.
I am in doubt of company's position, clear the same.

Offer price paid : Rs. 24640/- ( Rs.280/- per night )
Surrender value after 9 years Rs. 850/- per night - Rs. 74800/-
Cheque issued for 74800/- on 09/11/2015 wide Ch No. 359061 drawn on State Bank Of India, Dadar Branch, but bounced due to insufficient fund
Several verbal reminders to agent Mr. Narayan Sawant (Code[protected] regarding this matter but he was not taking responsibility to recover the amount
5 to 6 reminders to their registered office by mail but no refund or not reissue the cheque.

I have carried out a fabrication work in Panvel resort i.e for panoramic universal limited, we completed our work in april 2015. Its been more than two years. Following are the details of investment which is done by senior citizen. Now her age is 79. She is in need of money for her grand sons higher studies as well as day to day her expenses including medicine and other spending.

These original certificates have been submitted and acknowledged by company. However maturity amount has not been returned yet. There was several calls but nothing +ve reply and result.

Now the question is how these senior citizen would servive their lives when they are in need of their own money.

Hope you would not only submit the request to the company but you see to it that money would be paid at earliest.

I have still not got any revert from Pancard yet, nor my money back.

When trying to call Pancard office, I get the message this nos. are not working.

This investment plan was relax holiday, where we have made payment of rs.10920 on 19/12/13, of which we could have used 12 nights wherever panoramic hotels exists, expiry date was 19/3/17, whenever we tried booking nights it was always full during 3years whereas we checked availablity with hotel reception and was available, if not used package we were suppose to get rs15, 120 at the end of tenure. But nowhere they are responding. Ref image attached

We have completed the maturity of my a/c and supposed to received 24000 from Pan card but they had paid us cheque in last year which was bounced now passed 1 year we are still following with them for my money but the people are very irresponsible

Pancard Clubs — return of maturity amount

3 years back we have submitted Fixed Deposit Maturity certificate but money has not been returned or paid to us.
Now money is in need to spend for children studies as well for day to day spending of retired life.

I have applied my pan card on june end week but as of now am not getting any proper details about my application. They charged me rs 346 and such a pathethic services i never though.

My customer code is a1300155 and tracking purpose number is[protected].

After checking my tracking details it has been updated as aadhar not matching with geographic reasons for which there is no explanation.

Please help me in getting the pan card as soon as possible.

I m v shetty from karnataka, retired person, invested 150000/- in pan card club. Last year i submit after maturity, but still no result. Agents answer to investors to his satisfaction only.
Beginning i had confidence because it control by sebi.
I hope govt will take serious steps to protect investors and lesson to those companies are cheating public.

I, mr xyz, invested 2lakhs n 10thousand rupees in scheme when it was laughed in the year 2011, in the month of march and told about the guaranteed returns after 75months 2times the amount invested, if the invested amount would not used up esp for hotelling and others.. So, as per the rules, i have not used up the invested amount in hotelling. I should get the returns, as the time period is also over. But the company has cheated me, not returned the amount... And when i had visited the office in pune where i live, the office was not there.. I am duped by the company.. I want my invested amount as soon as possible..
