Hello Sir,

I Mr. Pradeep Mahadev Sawant residing in Shirodha kerwadi vengurla dist sindhudurg had invested INR 5 Lac in pan card club engaged in development and maintenance of Recreation club and hotels in the year 3rd Oct'2013 through one of my friend Mr. Sahadev Shirodkar (agent code - 170078) who invested Rs 2lac in name of my daughter Priyanka Sawant through marketing person Mrs Aparna Vaibhavanand Tendulkar which was expiring on 3rd Jan'17. INR 1lac was invested in Medical insurance without my concern & later it was informed to me by Mr. Sahadev Shirodkar (agent code - 170078) that instead of investing all money in same scheme in name of my daughter Priyanka Sawant he has removed my medical insurance policy of 1 lac which is locked for 6 years. The medical insurance was brought to my notice after 4 months for which i was not happy with his decision. Gangaram Balkrushna Govekar (agent code - RFO[protected] had invested Rs.2lac in the name of my second daughter Varsha Sawant through marketing person Praveen Gangadhar Govekar which was also expiring on 3rd Jan'17. This year in the month of March'17 when i went to Panclub office which is located in Prabhadevi Mumbai they told me that you will receive the money by March'18 and gave me the acknowledgement receipt in name of both of my daughters. I just want to confirm when will i get my invested amount as i have my both daughter marriage fixed in the month of May'18 and i am the retired Best worker. The agent Mr. Sahadev Shirodkar (agent code 170078) and Gangaram Balkrushna Govekar (Agent Code : RFO[protected] are just give me commitment that the SEBI & RBI case is going on & you will receive the money by March'18. I just need confirmation from SEBI & RBI by when will the money be returned as i am going through very bad phase and have my daughter's marriage fixed in the month of May'18.. Attaching the legal documents given by Pancard Club LTD. Request you to kindly let me know at the earliest.

I am bharati das aged 85 years, invested my hard saving money in holiday option : relax holiday (39 months) of - on 24.09.2012 rcpt. No. Bdn-347760, folio no[protected] and rcpt no. Bdn-345473, folio no.[protected] of rs. 80220/ each respectively. But after the completion of due period of 39 month i have not received my deposit money against this scheme.

Kindly refunded this as early as possible.

I have invested rs 50400 on 20/04/2011 in pancakes club limited under delight holiday scheme and i have to get rs 100800 on 20/06/2017.
But till date i do not have got any amount.

The company persons don't pick up the call and many numbers are changed.
What action should i get now. Please inform me.
Mumbai head office person asked to submit all original policy documents and if i submitted the same i will not have any proof.

I, tanuja vilas koli, aged 21 year, at house no. 69, hanuman koliwada, post ; n ad uran, dist : raigad -40702. Is submitting the complaint as under : -
I had paid rs. 36000/- and administrative charge 125/- in diving holiday scheme (66 months) as per term of pancard clubs from 24/7/2010 up to 24/7/2013. As per rule i had paid 36 months payment and pancard clubs had cumulative till date 30 months payment. My folio no.[protected] dated 12/8/2010 is registered with this company on record.
My period of the scheme is end and i had entitled to get payment of rs. 66, 000/- and interest thereon up to this day. I had not received payment after due date from company till this day. I had visited the office of company at mahim (Mumbai) and also agent mr. S. R. Thakur on home address at belpada - uran, they are not giving the replay to me.
Therefore, i am requesting to company that, please issue my payment of rs. 66, 000/ - and interest thereon at the rate of 18% to me.

Myself sunita jaiswal, i have deposited rs, 1000/- pm for 36 months and it was mentioned in your policy that after 36 months completion i have to wait for 2 years and i will get back of rs, 50000/- appx and maturity period was dec-2015, appx 2 years has passed but still now i have not received my money

Please reply whats the reason or i have to take legal action against your company

Myself vinay from mumbai. On 27.08.2008 i was deposited sum amount in your pan card ltd (Parel brnach) my folio number is :- bdt-804

On 27th august 2017 it was matured and the certificate i was deposited in your prabhadevi branch along with a blank cancel cheque, adhar card copy and pan card copy. From your prabhadevi office give me a acknowledgment copy number is :[protected]ack78649. Dt :- 16/10/2017.

Now it's past near about 1 month till now the amount not yet credited in my bank.

Several times i am trying to contact but no response

Would request to you pls look into this matter asap due to my financial problem arised i need this money urgently.

I became member of pancard club on 13th feb 2014 rs 50400. My membership expired on 13th may 2017. I surrendered original certificate on 15-5-17. At that time i was told that payments may start shortly. But so far no payment, no communication. Tried to contact over phone but no response.
Can anybody guide for taking further action. My mobile no is [protected].

I have been invested money in pan card club & its maturity is in 2019, let me know that any hope of return of money invested in pan card club in future.
What should i do for the same if i want amount before maturity date.
As pan card clube office is not available where i have been invested money, also phone no are also not in service now

I invested 3, 50, 000 rs in pancards clubs india in monthly investment plan. My folio no.[protected]. And first installment deposit during january 2013. Plan was 66 month and i started lnvestment in january 2013. But ln middle years i heard company (Pancard club india) has some issues and problems regarding company plans and sebi has put jammer to compani opretios and matter is in court. Sir now i am afraid what now and what next. Court said company will refund all investors money by selling their properties. Now my situation is that i am totally confuse and i don't understand shall i got back my investment with admissible interest rate?

My father invested money of 4 lac in pan card club india. Agent told my father pan card company will return you better amount of intrest. My father asked to return the money after few years the pan card club agent will also not returned any money. I and my father went to prabhadevi office of pan card but no one is responding to our queries. I surveyed service of pan card and found fraud against million to billion money. I don't know why the consumer court is not taking any action yet against # off pan card club company.
Please take action against the # of company of pan card club which cheated so many poor people. Really bad attitute of this comapny. Consumer court must take strong action against this pan card club so future frauding of pan card will stop.

2) two clint's of sr - mr shivaraj shankarrao nilare (Code[protected] mature at 30/04/2016 (Details are not present now) please verify at your end, which are submitted for refund are settled as early as possible.
3) folio no.[protected] pranav dhananjay ingole., matured at 08/07/2015 which are submitted for refund is till today not received.
Please give detailed effects as early as possible.
I am in doubt of company's position, clear the same.

Sir. My firm name is KAMAL FABRICATOR WORKS and its located in Vasai, Dist-Palghar. I have carried out a fabrication work in Panvel resort i.e for panoramic universal limited, we completed our work in april 2015. Its been more than two years. I am having outstanding payment of Rs.1323844 thirteen lakh twenty three thousand eight hundred fourty four rupees. Now i need your suggestion regarding my outstanding payment. What should i do to get the payment. I am not getting any positive replies from the company. Just am getting dates. More than 1000 calls i must have made and more than 100 visits. Hence please resend the card on same address my brother will receive the pan card behalf of my name.

Following are the details of investment which is done by senior citizen. Now her age is 79. She is in need of money for her grand sons higher studies as well as day to day her expenses including medicine and other spending.

These original certificates have been submitted and acknowledged by company. However maturity amount has not been returned yet. There was several calls but nothing +ve reply and result.

Now the question is how these senior citizen would servive their lives when they are in need of their own money.

Hope you would not only submit the request to the company but you see to it that money would be paid at earliest.
