Not able to proceed with the claim process as after giving mobile number, OTP is not coming. Please solve the issue so we can proceed with the claims.

    Membership purchased by me for Rs.1, 00, 800/- dated 25 Feb 2015 Folio no.[protected]-21972690 expiry 25 May 2018 (for 3 years & 3 months) estimated at Rs.1, 41, 120 on due date. Also reinvested the difference amount of my old certificate interest cheque received was rs.40, 200 chq no. 985452 dt 7.10.2015 drawn on SBi dadar East, which was returned unpaid. Hence total payable to me is Rs.181, 320 as of 25 May 2018....

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    The term period of my policy is not completed, So I have not recived the certificate of pancard club membership instead I have got a recipt which I am attaching with this mail.
    To fill the form for claiming money I need the details which are mentioned in the certificate. If I an not eligible for the certificate kindly let me know if there is some other procedure for the same.

    Respected Sir/Maam, lo 0
    I am trying to upload my claim on site. But when I click on the upload and claim option, the site shows an error message that please try again after some time. This error is from the past 4 days.and when i reload the site and try to claim again, the upload and claim option is not present on the site, What should I do?
    This has now happened with 5 of my policies..I have again filled them with different email id, but the error is not yet resolved.What should I do??
    When will this problem be solved??
    I am attaching the screen shots of the error .

      As per my complaint resolved by my friend so pl withdrawa my eralier compliant regarding obtaining certificates of Pancard Clubs as theses certificates are available with the agent/person .

        Hi, I have invested the amount of Rs. 25300/- in March 2011 and the expiry of policy was in June 2017. 4 years passed away but still estimate amount 50400/- not recieved. Kindly reslove the issue as soon as possible....

        While submitting the claim form, it is showing error as mandatory selection left out. It pointed to folio number. However at the time of filling form it was not shown & other mandatory details were filled, downloaded and print out was taken. At the time of submitting form edit option for folio number was not available and hence the form could not be uploaded and submitted on due date.

          As I am the old customer of PAN card club. I have invested previously which I have not got the refund.I request you to please look into the matter my full name is Ramchandra Waman Asolkar.           While submitting the claim form, it is showing error as mandatory selection left out. But it pointed to identification number. However it was already filled and was not able to edit also. But still it is not allowing to submit the final claim form.

              Dear sir/mam,

              I submitted all the original documents at your office while receiving the cheque, but the cheque which I received it had been bounced, that's why I don't have membership certificate any it's copy or any other number also. So I can't claim.
              I am attaching the cheque copy for your information, from that please provide me membership certificate copy, so that I can claim and take my money....
