I madhu saluja jaiswal working with sahara news channel dhs no DHSo9Z051522;my doughter is suffering from dehidration admit at kailash hospital noida i have applied for claim through kailash hospital but claim was refused by insurence company without any satisfactory reason.
I am continously paying my premium for last two years without fail. This was my frist claim in two years.

ITS A AGENTS FAULT, AGENT SHOULD BE INFORM TO YOU TIME TO TIME, ACTUALY COMPANY HAS SETTLED THE CLIAM FROM INSURANCE COMPANY WITHIN 15 TO 30 DAYS.

Firs of all you need to enquire all the rules and regulation regarding policies. And there is actually a annexture book which has shown the black listed hospitals & nursing home name .Where you should not go for medical.

Pancard clubs limited already published the black listed hospital list book, so policy holder senior team has to take care of information provision to client in detail.

They have to refer only the Latest published book of company not refer to any other ( prototype copy ) because i seen lot of print mistake in other books.

Also in company book they have mentioned in details of disease & amount list.

So before posting any comment from any one it has to confirm the things.

PanCard club is not insurance company it has a tieup with the Insurance provider under Group insurance.Also PanCard club scheme is not an Investment it is purely a money circulating scheme which is currently investigated by RBI & SEBI & I fear it will come out as a biggest fraud ever.Pl.check the following links

Same Story with my Medi-claim as well...Even i have mediclaim and now they says the hospital is black listed...Can someone tell me how can i pull these pan card club to court...and whom should i contact.. i want to fight back i am not going to leave it with the annexures A

The term agreed by you & the company mutually was for 9 years. So there is no point of in arguing that company is not giving your deposit back before agreed term.

by seeing all the complaints, i think that there might be the agent's mistake. But, in every case this maynot be possible. so i neither agree nor disagree... Hope all other like my comment. :) :(

pancard renew his premium every dec. in this case when ajay chavan take membership club pay premium to new india assurance but when he admited in hospital after 1 club renew his policy with HDFC ERGO.

For mediclaim intimation letter is must within a 7 days from member admit date with folio no. members name, name of diseases, hospital/ nursing home name and address to pancard clubs ltd office...

We have invested in 3 FDR. We have received receipt. But we have not received FD certificate. Now after 1 year we come to know about the same. We have asked to agent regarding the same. He ask for application and Rs. 200/- per FD. Application is we can understand but Rs.200/- per FD is for what & why?

Pancard Club Ltd and many other such Financial clubs like them are not strictly regulated by SEBI and are far from being run professionally. They are nothing but 'money pyramid ' schemes. Which means a substantial part of the money invested by depositors are shared by way of commission from the agent at the lowest ladder to the officer of the highest cadre. While securing this deposits a lot of promises are given to the depositors assuring him orally that a substantial bigger amount will be paid to him at the expiry of the term. Even their marketing material is misleading. The directors and salesmen of such companies would be charged under criminal cases if the strict Money Laundring Act 2005 is made applicable to them. If any person wants to invest any money must go through the following stes:

1- Check the company credentials : Is the finance company is subject to SEBI rules. If not do not invest your money.

2- Is the person advising you to invest is well qualified on investment and financial matters and is a memeber of any qualified institution. Please note that because you know him well or is referred to you by your good fried is no excuse to invest.

3- Is the company you are investing in is registered in India and give you guaranteed amount of returns in writing.

4- Suppose if the company fails to pay you the guaranteed amount of return or even your deposit then what course of your action would be. Is the company a member of any say Ombudsman where you can take your complaint. If there is none or the Company says that they are not responsible for their agent's failure (because the agent to whom you have given money is supposed to be your representative and not of the Company) then never invest in that company.

5- Do not get carried away by glossy literature such as photoes of Directors of the company with the Ministers etc. That is no indication of a reliable company.

6 Most importantly do not and I repeat do not invest money because you are going to get back a substaqntial more amount back than the present bank rates on your fixed deposits.. Such promises are always false promises .

7 After all this if you want to invest and if you loose please blame yourself for your greed.

There is a Hotel business of this company and booking room nights in advance. List of their hotels are given along-with the investment certificate and also have with all marketing personnel. the room night are booked at discount rates at present @ Rs 900 per room night. If the allotted room nights are not used by the investor, Company taking back unused room nights from the investor at the rate of surrender value as under :- (a) Room Night Offer Prize @ Rs 900/- per room night (ie membership amount). (b) Company giving surrender value to the investor after 3.3 years @ Rs 1260/-, after 6.3 years @ Rs 1800/-, and after 9 years @ Rs 2700/-. In addition company is giving additional benefit like Medi+Claim and Accidental Death Insurance cover absolutely free of cost without taking any additional installment from the investor and no other even one company in today's market giving the insurance without paying Premium amount. The surrender value given to the investor by the company comes at around 12 and 1/2 percent compound interest which is ahead of other investing sector. It is for your information, Pan Card clubs Ltd is not a insurance company. Company is paying premium to other companies like new india national insurance, oriential insurance, HDFC Ergo for group insurance for his members without taking any additional premium amount. Mr Ajay chavan, I think you have not invested money in Pan Card Clubs Ltd. You are trying to make fullish innocent people. If you have invested money in PCL then you had been received deposit receipt and RNB investment certificate for Rs 35000/- from the company. In that certificate there is clearly mentioned that on what date you have invested and on what date you will receive money and how much surrender value will receive. It is for your info Medi+claim and Accidental Death cover are given from different companies. Please ask your marketing person for list of black listed hospital for which company is not giving any medi+claim. You have not mentioned your invested certificate No and date clearly. Also it is clear that if you have actually purchased room nights ( ie taken policy in your language) then the surrender value mentioned in your certificate issued by the company will receive by the mode of only account payee cheque on the date mentioned in the certificate. OK, I am saying this as a friend because I have also purchased room nights through pan card club ltd.

Such mein, Duniya bewakuf banati hai-banane wala chahiye.All people are talking about the certificate, investment certificate etc.It's nothing but the receipt for the advance room booking(but the company does not book your room anywhere) which was printed in the style of FD certificate.people who are talking about the working of the company.If they go through the balance sheet of the company then only they will know the actual working of the company which is nothing but the money circulation scheme.Also if anyone go through terms & conditions printed on the form of holiday membership of the company.He will get clear idea that company does not take guarantee to refund the amount.So please do your homework properly.Read & understand all terms & conditions printed on the form of holiday membership.Go through the balance sheet of Pancard club (& not the panoramic universal).If you don't understand the balance sheet then please show it to the C.A.& get your doubt clear from the C.A.After that take your own decision & don't blame anyone if anything wrong happens with your money.

My elder sister has taken treatment hospitalized and i pay all bills to Hospital and then i file a claim for reimbursement as per said, Pancard denied claim as late submission for 15 days late and no intimation letter or any call received from pancard club ltd. Agent said claim denied as 1 day late submitted claim, I don't know who is fraud agent or company. Still i am awaiting for my compensation dues..!!! Pancard Club Ltd. is no. 1 Investment company in India.

My son was invested some amount 10-20 years back for 20 years. he got the promised amount by pancard club.


Secondly we met with a major accident at the time of above policy was in force. after one month
when we equire my agent said we will not get any insurance claim amount, but after enquiring
with pancard people we fill up the form from New India National Insure Co Ltd and submitted the
medical bill etc. On completing of 90 days we got a cheque of Rs. 7000/- as per actual bills
submitted.

Pancard company is world very good investment company

actually what is pancard club company, why it has no website till, is it?

Investment system is book room night because they are not receive any amount from public without selling something ( Alternative Investment Act). Open doubt is clear If all room Booker (Customer) want to use there Room night then How can afford and provide to all customer. how many room are there in there hotel. The system of money receive is illegal unprovable So it need to investigate how much liabilities over the company vs asset. Income is not so good and heavy commission to agent will cause of bankrupt. It is need to investigate the difference between income vs commission. I openly challenge to the company the commission to agent is above 50% of income. So they will return to investor 2 times from who will invest that time. The company going to bankrupt.

I did invest in this since 2007 - I got all my money as promised -- after 6.1/4 years and have reinvested now the same amount. My agent was fully versed with documentation, service etc. They do give double money after 6yrs 3 months - for amounts starting from 50k -with insurance cover for 50k and double money after 6.5 yrs as of current. So far I have not had any issues.. although I have never used the mediclaim part. I think it is good if company pays interest/medical premium back - which none of other companies can manage.

However - I wouldn't advise putting all your money into PVT FDs as companies can close at any time w/o notice - one has to bear this risk before investing.
