A Giggles Welfare Organization [AGWO] Complaints & Reviews

A delhi ngo "agwo" calls me every month asking for donation for poor children, mostly burn victims. They have authentic looking website & registration certificate, photos of victims with full medical records and referral by aiims doctors. I have donated money a few times, bcoz of nagging by those 'student volunteers'. They call from different numbers if they suspect we are avoiding calls. They call repeatedly to the point of harassment. Always talking with a sense o[censored]rgency that the operation is today and we are short of this much amount etc, background noise as if in a busy hospital. They do emotional blackmail (Eg. "bhagwaan na kare agar aapke bache ko kal aise ho gaya toh aap kya aise hi no bolenge?"). One time they angrily snapped at me saying "how dare you promised & now refuse? I wish nothing like this happens to your child".!!!

Niraj for providing financial support to different children's having sever thermal burns.
I am getting continues calls from number +[protected]. Every time they say that they are from "a giggle welfare organisation" and need donation for surgery of child who got severely burnt. They have collected partial amount and short of total amount and hence asking me to pay. It's always case that the chilld's father is a labour. They mailed me all the details about their ngo. They are forcing me to pay. Please check the sample photo attached.

I am getting continues calls from number +[protected]. They are saying that they are from "a giggle welfare organisation" and need donation for surgery of one child (Abu hanjla) who got burnt in his home. They have to collect 1.8 lacs rupees for him and asking me to pay. He also told that the chilld's father is a labour. They mailed me all the details about their ngo. They are forcing me to pay. I received a call from a volunteer shiva to donate amount for a boy for burns and to donate for one injection which costs 1002. It seemed so authentic so i donated it thinking it was genuine. When i searched now, it is said that it is fake ngo. Is there any way to get back my money. I would never donate for the same. I have enclosed the screenshots of the messages received from them. Please look into it and catch them

The person who was initially requesting became rude and abusive.
Please take action against such fraudulent practices.

I received a call about a 45% burns victim and that it was an emergency. I told him this is not the way ngo's go about during emergencies as i am well aware of how they work. The guy on the line suddenly got rude and told me i have no humanity. I told him that this style is not going to work with me. He can make me feel guilty till cows come home and i am not stupid. So instead of making it worse for you please disconnect right away and also the fact that i am registered under dnd. I know the guy would have got abusive and rude even more.

Total scam. Dont do for it.

Received a call from a 'student volunteer' for money to help a 7 year old burn victim 'suraj' admitted in burn and trauma research centre. However, no data whatsoever / proof was provided about the case. Instead, i had continuous phone calls of this volunteer pleading to send money 'immedetly'.

ø the mother is a house wife.

I got a call from[protected] me mow mow and a guy claiming to be a student volunteer requested me to help a child who has suffered fire accident and that his lower part needs immediate surgery. He also told that the chilld's father was handicap. The guy's name was guatum andrequested again and again to donate money he said me that he is sending me a URL through SMS and to on immediately to see the pictures of the child. As I was I my work place in refused to login. He asked me to send my email id I did not share and told him I will go through the URL and get back but he was insisting to view the link immediately. I ended up the call as I felt suspicious. He kept on calling me many times but I rejected the phone call. Then I googled and to my surprise giggles welfare organisations is a fraud ngo. Please beware of these Fraud. I am logging in my complain authorities kindly do the needful.

I received a phone call from the number : +91 [protected]. This guy pushed me hard and insisting me to donate for the child.
I got suspicious as this guy is talking so intensely and as if making your mind to act upon it. These people are fooling people and making money without any criminal record. Fooling students to work on illegal organization and students don't even know about it. They are cheating students and also people using these students. Please take some action on these kind of ngo.

On today got a call from giggle organization, demanding amount as a donation, she is very persistent in repeated calls, when i asked for the proofs, he whatsapp me many pics and testimonials from the government officials that to from very honest dr. Harsh wardhan former minister of health and family welfare, new delhi. It is very convincing, i am transfer amount 1001/-. Plz be aware of these organizations...

Hi, on 8.12.2017, i got a call from[protected] number and the caller requested me to pay donation. As i was in a function and could not hear him clearly, i shared my email and asked him to drop a mail. The caller sent the mail. I googled the organization and found there were many compliments about it. The next day, i got another call from[protected] number and on declining to donate any money, the caller started using bad language and misbehaving. This was quite shocking - either give money or be prepared to get assaulted. I called the phone number given on their website[protected] but of no avail.
I request the authorities to take suo moto action and warn the public about this organization.

I got call on 10th november from ms. Mani ([protected]). She have stated me that they are working for a ngo that help to save the people who are suffering from burn. She also send me the picture of patient as well as the hospital, the address of the hospital was 5th floor, vinayak hospital, captaion vijay thapar marg, sector 27, noida, uttar pradesh 201301. And ms. Mani told me that currently they have a patient who is completely burned and...

Since i get every day call from different organizations asking to donate as a small child is seriuos.. I said thank you and wanted to hang up by then this girl raised voice and asked thank you kyu bola.. Am i selling product here.?. Because of people like u nothing happens much.. If child dies i will whatsapp you photo.. And started speaking very rudely... So unacceptable.. When i confronted she only went on blaming. When i asked i wish to speak to her manager she said this is not product selling company to speak to manager later she went on to say all her managers have left to donate blood... Everything seemed so fake... On top of that very rude behavior

Hi, yesterday i got call from one person called venkat and one of his friend with the numbers [protected], [protected]. They mentioned that baby was in serious condition and need to undergo immediate operation by 2pm. He was navigating me and me me pay 7210 for the kit amount. Later after 20 mins later his friend called up and mentioned that something went wrong there is no hope apart from you we tried all possible ways, and he was so pleasing and i was too convinced and paid some extra amount and he mentioned he will send the details once the operation is over, till now no reply from them. I am gonna wait for few more days for the details, if not for sure i am gonna raise the police complaint with all the bank statement proof. Guys please be aware think before you donate online. We will be kind enough to generate for a noble cause but there will be someone who will misuse that. It was really really bad how can someone play this for money.

I got a call from kuldeep - [protected] at 10.26am today, 7th nov 2017.
He was a student volunteer from agwo. He was creating an emotional situation where a kid fell in hot oil and has received serious injuries. And was asking for money straightaway to be transferred online via their website. I had heard such situations earlier as well where my colleagues had told me about such calls. They try to make you feel guilty about not helping someone who's miserable and even after i told him that i know it is fraud, he denied and said only people who don't want to help say all this. Please look into this.

Agwo volunteer nikesh is calling and messaging if i have transferred 5180/- to help child abhinandan who has got severe burn injuries.

It's not a complaint, i just want to check the authenticity of the case from verified sources. Because there are so many posts against agwo and hardly any defence.

Atough i have commited my this months donations but still seeking help if a fair body can verify the case.

I have receive a call from [protected] and some one telling me that they calling from a giggles welfare organisation and they helping a child who burnt named abhinandan kumar and tell me to verify it by hospital number and also send me details on my whats app number about case details and tell me that the case is critical and they need fund around 3.5 to 4 lac for treatment of that child. So i search for the organisaztion in google and found that same fake call are received by others then i whats app the fake call details to that person and he stopped msging me so i want to also aware other to save your valuable money from this type of chiters and but not to stop help people who need and help the person near by you so no one need to marketing their proble to get money.
