        Did not receive matured money

        I had invested Rs. 10, 900 in Pancard Clubs on 27th January 2011 and it was going to get matured after 9 years i.e. 27th January 2020 to a amount of Rs. 32, 400 and 2.5 years passed but did not receive the money... in a great need of money......

            Dear Sir,
            Please give our money back which was taken on 30 August 2013 for INR 50520. I was to get a refund of INR 70560 on maturity. I also submitted my claim form again on 22 May 2017 at your Prabhadevi Mumbai office however its been 9 years now and i have still not received my money back.
            Please assist in arranging to get my money back.

              For the past 4 days I am struggling to upload my documents of my pancardclubs policies on claim filing website http://www.cirppancardclubs.com
              which continuously states that the website is currently down. The team is working to resolve the issue and the link shall be active shortly. How long is it taking to resolve this issue as I need to upload my pancardclub certificate, etc. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                The check has to transfer after 17/11/2015.
                I transferred at SBI in my account at 18/11/2015. Bank send me notice of check got bounced on 19/11/2015.
                I have already sent two complaints to the company (Pancard Clubs Limited) which they didn't respond.

                            I had paid amount for 3 years of Pancard Club, and the agent of this club told me will get entire amount will received after 3 years. And every month i used to pay 1000 Rupee's, and like this for one year i had paid 12000 rupees for 3 years i had paid 36000 rupees and the agent told me will received after 3 years u will received 48000 rupees from the Pancard Club.
