                        MY name is Annapurna Gouranga Das, Age;-76yrs. I had invested a amount of Rs 5500/- in Pan card Limited For a period of 5 years commencing from 11/3/2010 and it will be expired on 15/7/2016 with a maturity amount of RS 10, 800/- I had received my membership certificate, but for last 2 years due to corona attack in mumbai, my Husband died at the age of 80yrs, and we had to shift my family from mumbai to Madhya pradesh in my son residence. during those period i lost my Pan card Membership certificaate. My Folio no is ;-CZ0-671.

                        I am in need of help from pan card club to get a Duplicate Pan card Membership certificate. so that i can apply and get my money back in my old age for my survivaal.
