Pancard Clubs — I cannot received my refund

I had invested Rs 7200/- on 16 FEBRUARY 2015 FOR Tenure 3 years 3 months. maturity date was 18 may 2018 & wide FOLIO NO:[protected]/[protected] MARKETING PERSON MR. RAMDAS VITTHAL DICHOLKAR RANT & CODE -CDM4/[protected]
however did not receive the refund.

Media reports state that SEBI is dealing with the situation to ensure that the investors get the refund.

If anybody can assist with the procedure about how to register a complaint then it will be really helpful
I AM IN THE MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY AND I HAVE LOT OF FAMILY ISSUE THEN WE NEED MONEY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. PLS HELP US FOR THE SAME.
