I Mr. Pankaj Premanand Mhatre opened my PANCARD Club- Standard Membership at dt. of 14th Oct, 2006 and paid Rs. 1120. The expiry date of that membership is 14th Oct, 2015 but i did not get money of Rs. 3400. my detail is as follow.

Dear Sir,
I Mr. Abhay Pandurang Patil opened my parents PANCARD Club- Standard Membership and paid Rs. 50000/- and 10000/- for three years. The expiry date of that membership goes before almost two an half year, policy certificate and required documents give to agent on expiry date but still i did not get money, attached receipt for your information
So please give me my money as soon as possible.
