Pancard Clubs Ltd — Non receipt of Deposit Certificate

My Complaint is that my Deposit Certificate has not been given to me from last 1 1/2 years !( Receipt No. Pune-290214 dated 16/7/2012 ) I am quite disappointed with their information that I will have to go & Collect the Certificate from their far away Akurdi ( Pune ) Office & give written application for getting the certificate & also pay reprinting Charges of Rs.200 /- ...as an investor I am being made to pay penalty for no fault of mine . It is the responsibility of Pancard Club ...that once they have accepted the Deposit & issued the receipt ...they have to send the Certificate to me . By saying that they have sent it to their office & their person did not deliver it to me ...so they are helpless & their responsibility is over by sending Certificate to their Branch Office ...this sort of argument is not acceptable . Request to kindly assist for Pancard Clubs Ltd to send me the Certificate ...and they should not harass their investors in this way .
