Pancard Clubs — Maturity claim payment not received

I had submitted my both claim on dated 6th july 2016, but still not received payment or any details. I was went two time there office in Panvel branch but they are not give proper response to customer. 1 person said payment will start from after dec16, when i again visited in 11jan17 that time there presented counter lady said this subject case is running in court, we cannot say anything more and told me you can do complaint whatever your way.
