Pancard Clubs — My policy is matured but till now maturity amount not refunded

Hi Sir/ Medam

My policy is matured on 26 Aug 2020 but till now the claim amount not refundable. Please release the amount as soon as possible. I have facing some issue in my family so that the claim is amount is needed urgently.
