Pancard Clubs — not getting refund amount after maturity of policy

My PANCARD Club customer/folio Id is:[protected] & No: 5044607 at Cuttack, Odisha Branch,
Tenure started on 18th October 2012 & tenure ended on 18th April 2018
(Marketing Person: Mr. Bijaya Ketan Jena). Even after my policy tenure date ove & matured on 1.2Years back, since I am not getting refunds & the marketing person also not taking care & replied that due to some court issue this was kept hold & once it cleared it will paid. But how many days/months/year I have to wait. It's almost 1.2 years over. Kindly advice me for furthers.
