Pancard Clubs — not received my amount

I have invested in Pancard Club Rs.20000/-. It got matured. I have submitted all the documents & received a receipt of the same.

But still not received the Amount. Now the Prabhadevi Office of Pancard club is also closed where I have submitted the documents.

Kindly confirm from where i can show this receipt & get my money back.

I am attaching herewith the receipt received from PAN Card Club
