Pancard-online.org/ — high cost for pan card reissue

Respected sir,

My pan card got damaged, so i decided to apply for pan card re issue (There is no correction in pan card details. They only have to reissue) through this website https://www.pancard-online.org (Order id : gs[protected]l-ri) and they charged me rs499.
Now i noticed that they have charged me double the original cost just for pan card reissue. I checked and came to know that the price for pan card reissue by tamilnadu government is very nominal.
Kindly help me resolving my concern
