Booked a plot in Jaipur in 2006 via receipt no 245 dated 29/03/2006.
Plot size [protected]@2000+100 for plc total amount Rs131250.Till date no response from them.I want my plot .

I have bought plot in Panchsheel 14 years back and builder has not fulfilled his promise till date....

The company is very poor to buy any flat do not purchase if they donot follow rules . The noc charges for transfer things are done illegally . These kind of builders don't bother for most things . Even their contact numbers not working no one will care for you so please avoid buying any property

I moved in Panchsheel Wellington crossing republic in october 21 and till date I have not been given any parking.I spoke to Awdesh manager maintainence but he is least bothered contacted GM Arun as well who seems less interested too.

I have purchased two plots in Panchsheel Park through middleman in 2017. Now whenever I try to contact the company on the numbers given in website their numbers go un-answered. Despite my best efforts I am unable to reach them.

4 plots were booked in April 2006 by us paying a total amount of Rs 6, 80, 000/ within a year and half of the bookings, including booking amount, but stopped making any further payments as we happened to know some unfavourable facts about the project i.e. 1) Builder does not have the complete land pool from which they claimed to sell plots. In fact they had overbooked the land from what they had. 2) They could not get or tried to, for approvals...

Four plots of the size 160sq. yd. were booked in April 2006 with booking amount of Rs. 1 lac. Each at the price rate of Rs2500/sq yd. Then further amount of Rs 60, 000/ was paid by all four applicants and Rs 40, 000/ again by Vivek Rathee alone. Thus a total amount of Rs 6, 80, 000/ was paid to PANCHSHEEL COLONIZERS PVT. LTD. same problem is being faced by me also. I have booked a plot in the project at A block. long back I have received a letter from them that we have got an approval for B block hence i[censored] r interested in B block plz do come and choose any plot out of the plots which have clear titles, and demand for the rest amount was also there. I refused the offer and didnt deposit the rest amount. Since then there is no communication from their side.

Today only received a letter from the colonizers, In which they have again reiterated the story of development taking place on site and the demand for the rest amount.friends plz suggest me what shud I do now?

Against builder( Panchsheel Colonizers Pvt. Ltd)

I booked a plot of 200 sq. yards vide R.No. 10124 dated 08.08.2006 for Phase-II at Panchsheel Park, Ajmer Road, NH-8, Jaipur and allotted me plot No.G297. Panchsheel Colonizer has assured to give possession of the said plot within 2 years time. More than 5 years have been lapsed ever since my booking but there is no sign of the commitment Panchsheel colonizer made to the investors.

They spoke of no. of highlights to be part of this project as under:

1. Tivolli Resort(Hotel) to be functional in this project
2.Cricket academy
3. Golf course
4.Commercial Areas
5.Amusement Park

Colonizer intimated progress report vide their letter No. PP/Ph-IInd/2007-08/7092 dated 23.05.2008 through photographs proofs of Entrance Gate, Park, Cottage, Overhead Water Tank, Road Work, Sample Villa, Golf Course Area, Prominent Raod Junction, Sewer laying in progress.

It is regretted that Panchsheel colonizer has no ground reality on any of the counts spelt out in their Prospectus as well as on site. The colonizer is only keen in extracting money from its investors at any cost without developing any of the above area. Not an iota of the any of the above facility has even surfaced on their said project site. They have duped/cheated all their investors of their hard-earned money who booked their plot through internet and have been making false promises which they do not adhere/keep.

In view of the above ground realities I demand the entire amount paid by me(Rs.300000/-) be refunded to me with interest on it without further delay. Failure on their part to discharge the same will lead to legal proceedings against Panchsheel colonizer at their cost.

Punchsheel Coloniser,Jaipur are paupers & Cheater
Punchsheel colonisers pvt. ltd. considered themself colonisers but they are paupers & cheaters Reason as Following:

I got two plot booked in their project in Jaipur by name panchsheel Park in Jaipur having corporate address 22,Bhrigu Nagar,Shri Siddhi Vinayak,Ist floor,D.C.M,Ajmer Road ,Jaipur,Rajasthan in 2006 one by my me & second by my wife Gursharan Kaur Bhatia.I was able to sell my plot in 2 years but as their was no development I wasnt able to sell my wife plot which I requested them to cancel which they did in two years Time (from request Date) & gave post dated cheque of amount lesser than I gave them.I agreed seing their reputation.
Later before dropping the cheque I send them intimation twice still a meager amount of 2.3 lac got bounced & they werent embaressed & deny to face me or speak to me.Mr Anil Kuchhal & Shankar lal sharma were basically cheater & beggers so they didnt have even this amount to save them from embaressment.
After this I went to court for justice to find myself in a que of people who had filed cases of forgery against them.Today I am postng this to make people aware not to deal with these scondrel paupers & cheaters.These kind of people should be punished in front of whole fraternity of Jaipur to see them naked in front of their own people.

I Puneet Kripalani frm Delhi, have booked plot no. A517 (160sqyds) frm Panchsheel Colonisers in Apr'06, in Panchsheel Park, Ajmer-Jaipur Highway, i was promised that we wuld get plot within 2yrs. Its been more than 4 years now & after being paid 90% of money we are getting false promises frm company abt it. Now they have even stopped picking up phones. I feel being cheated/frauded. I need my full refund or i wuld be forced to file legal complain within next 15 days

I have booked a plot in april 2006 in panchsheel park, A project of panchsheel colonizers Pvt.Ltd ( jaipur).
They promised me for giving possession in two years from the date of booking of plot.
More then three years have gone, But till now nither they gave me possession of the plot nor they refunding my money.They refused for taking papers for refund from side.
