My order number was 37821. Order was for a kurti, but got a saree instead. The company representatives called me demanding why i made such complaint. I explained, and they asked for my bank account number, which i did not give, instead asked them to transfer using paytm to my mobile number. Now, they statrted yelling at me calling me an # (Bewaquf). So is it okay to yell at ur customer for a mistake u make. Kindly help me get my money back.
