Pancydeal — my order hasn't delivered yet past 2 months

I had complainted two times before no one care consumer complaints. Pancydeal.com is a fraud company Given mobile no not working and given mail id not valid and dont have address to contact. Pancydeal is a fraud company No one taking action on this fraud company. Order #19998 was placed on december 14, 2017 and is currently auto dispatched. I paid amount rs.334 online. They haven't send my order. They cheat not only to me. They cheating all. It is fraud site. How can we get our money back. And please take them into custody. They have to punished. The shopping site ""pancydeal"" they are really cheap n delivered wrong product to me. i already make a complaint for it and still they are not responding. its proven that they are not trustful. i want my money back.
i ordered maroon saree and they delivered green saree in a cheap quality, i decided will take a legal action against this site.
